Bajaj Finserv — mandate failed transaction charge

I got fined 450/- and paid already for delayed payement.
But still bajaj finserv has withdraw 3245 /- on dec 2019 from my linked sbi savings account.
Even after clearing the emis, bajaj finserv trying to get money from my savings sbi account (Linked to bajaj finserv).
The amount of 295/- has been withdrawn 2 times from my account (Total=3245/-) with the below message.

Updated by Sunilkumaryadav33 I got fined 450/- and paid already for delayed payement.

The amount of 295/- has been withdrawn 13 times from my account (Total=3835/-) with the below message.
