Bajaj Finserv — Mediclaim Policy was cancelled without intimation mid Term. | |
I was sold two Health Insurance Policies, one for my mother (Susanna Nunes) and one for me (Kevin Nunes) in 2017. I last renewed these policies in Aug 2019. They were supposed to be valid till 10th Aug 2020. OG[protected]-00094379 and OG[protected]-00041436. The Bajaj Allianz Health insurance policies were offered to me since I am a customer of Bajaj Finserv. After taking complete payment of Rs. 16, 672/- My Policies were cancelled Mid term without any intimation or reason. Especially during the Covid times when insurance is needed the most, my policies were cancelled without any notice. I realised this only when I contacted Bajaj Allianz and Baja Finserv for renewal of the policies. They have not allowed me to renew the policies either. Till date after repeated attempts to get a reason for this I have not received any feedback or help. I want to renew these policies, please help me do the same. Was this information helpful? | |
