Bajaj Finserv — misbehaviour by bank staff/ dsa/ recovery agents | |||
Due to my recent health issue i have missed some payments and i clearing all the dues one after another. I was making arrangement for making payment to bajaj finserv for the products which i brought from chroma the details are attached. The bajaj finance collection agent were giving harassing calls everyday inspite of telling that the dues will be cleared in couple of days. Today 27/6/2018 he called my wife and started to scold her and abused her in very bad words. Please take necessary actions and i will make sure the amount is paid in a couple of days and regularize the account. We are just common ppl who are bind to the laws and rules. His name is bose huble and mobile number is [protected]. He called me again and scolded in bad words said i have to talk to him in kannada only though he spoke in english initially...
