Hi Team, I have Lost my mobile C5 and have submited the required original Documenrts to the bajaj Insurance team i have sent them the hard and soft copies times past 15 days i have sent the documents through Postal and also the Scan copues twice since from last 30 15 days am getting reply as they need another extra set of documents to start the calim process Useless replies i get from the Support team please request you to read the customer mail or understand and acknowledge the issue... But i have never got proper update all the time i use to get copy pasted replies... and all the same story i get is checking with INSURANCE team and its being almost 25 days i have submited the documents I wanted to update also that am paying EMI for the phone which i have lost and also my EMI Period is also completed by this month... I need to get sorted out the issue asap and get the claim Process updated to Was this information helpful? | |||||
