I had purchased a mobile phone from bajaj finance and without informing me they charged me extra, when I called them they said that it is for some insurance, about which was not even informed to me before. How can to apply extra charge without even informing their customers. Just because we give them blank cheque doesn't mean that they can charge any amount they feel like. When I asked them to cancel the insurance they said they will charge me 100 rs for cancellation. Isn't this a fraud?? Why should I pay extra when I dint even opt for something like that?? No rating at all. Very poor customer service. Infact the customer care number is just for name sake. U won't be able to connect.

I buy Oppo camera phone to retailer he gave me 1600 Rs per month but after five month he says you pay 1950 Rs per month because the bajaj company add extra money charge like tax can the bajaj company take this type of emi steps tell me because I want to know the person can Cheat me or not please tell me you'd sincerely customer
