Bajaj Finserv — my card is not working online payment

Dear sir/madam.
I am sambit paikaray. Ur new customer for last 3months. I took ur emi card first tym at the time of buying a tv. It's a emi for 8months. I have already give 3 installment & it's going on. Bt my main problem is although i gave 3 installment.. Bt i was unable to buy new items (Above rs 5000) by online.. At the tym of payment process it shows that ur card is inactive or invalid. Why sir... Didn't miss any single installment fee.. Still i was unable to buy... Please i request to look in to my matter... I have to buy lots of things sir.. Plzzz..
