My samsung j7 prime mob has been damage by internal fault and my mob was insurance with u r finance. I submitted my mob last jan. All documents, mob and all accessories were submitted. But it's over one year no insurance claim, no any msg. I would contact insurance company many times he can't detailed tell me what happened and not received me as proper.
