Bajaj Finserv — no objection certificate issued till now

My name is chindam naresh from warangal loan:592pst27311126, i have paid all the emis about my loan, everymonth emi 1853/-.

Emi end date is 05/09/2019. But but till now noc was issued and asking to pay check bounce charges: 800/-, i don't know why i this much of amount is.

I ask them to provide documented proofs according to rbi, then i will pay the charges, every organization will follow according to rbi rules and regulation.

From last four months not providing proofs and harassing to me phone and executive are giving waring and using volgure language and moreover without my permission everymonth check dropping into the bank.
And check was bounced, when i ask the explanation why the check is dropping into the bank no response from bajaj finserve.

Finally i suffering a lot and harassed with bajaj executive. I decided to give a complaint in the consumer forum.

Please do investigate and provide noc to me which will not be effect my cibil score.
