[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — no response for deduction of double emi amount | |
I purchased a gas stove from prestige smart kitchen online via bajaj emi card on 3rd April, 2018. I have paid two times by bajaj emi card but no confirmation received due to some network error. I got two order ids which were[protected] and[protected]. And the next day they confirmed that they received both orders & payment were completed for the two via bajaj emi card. So I requested them to cancel one order & deliver one order as I needed just one stove. On 4th April, 2018 they cancelled one order id[protected] & requested bajaj for refund the money & sent me a Bajaj Finserv Service Request No. is SR00011620. On the other hand I requested bajaj via mails (more than 10 times) & got SRN18704838 on 7th April. On 12th, 14th, 18th April, 2018 I again requested bajaj for resolve the issue but again no response from them. On 18th april they again sent me SRN19070145 no. On 20th April they sent me a mail telling that allow us an additional 5-6 days to resolve your query. On 27th April regarding my queries, they again gave me SRN19339049 no. Being frustrated when I mailed them to surrender my emi card on 30th April they blocked my card but still they did not solve my issue. Now I got sms in my mobile that I have to pay two emi of Rs. 1590/- each (Total Rs. 3180/-) due to my two loan accounts( 410REM69362843 & 410REM[protected]. And today on 2nd May they have deducted Rs. 3180/- instead of Rs. 1590/- which means for a gas stove of Rs. 7590/- I have to pay a double amount (Rs.15900/-) . What kind of harassment it is. And I also unable for fore closure of my loan as I am unable to detect which is genuine bajaj finserv loan account or which is fake bajaj finserv loan account. Was this information helpful? | |
May 18, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Thanks for your support. At last bajaj finserv cancelled my one loan & agreed to return the one excess emi. After 1 month, after 10- 15 mails they responded. And for the 1st time they contacted me through phone. Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
