Bajaj Finserv — Not issuing NOC

I have cleard my loan with Bajaj Finserv for my personal loan No: 5770PL00279406. I also got settlement letter no: 57313/405029MARCH16. But when checked with my CA he said that they have ruined my CIBIL score by mentioning me a defaulter.

Whereas I was promised that If I pay the last due amount i.e: 3800. Then everything will be set as clear. Please help me in getting the NOC letter beacuse now I don't trust these fraud people of Bajaj Finserv.
