(1) i have applied for a personal loan from bajaj finserv and they approved rs.400000/- and transferred rs.200000/- and rs.186327/- on[protected]Loan account number: 410phtee469361)
(2) mr rathing biswas (Mob:[protected]) called me on[protected] and offered me to convert the personal loan to flexible loan informing that no charge will be taken and if i converted to this i can foreclose the loan without any foreclosure charge, i agreed this on phone and they converted my outstanding loan rs.340479.11/- on[protected] to new loan account number: 410tpfgb630081
(3) i asked to foreclose my loan on[protected] and paid rs. 367408.1/- vide transaction reference no. |[protected].
(4) despite the foreclosing the personal loan they deducted emi from my bank account on (I[protected] and (Ii[protected] for which i made complain to them.
(5) getting complaint they are once informed that they are deducting the emi for the new loan account number 410tpfgb630081, when i reminded that i have received nothing for (410tpfgb630081) they replied the loan amount was transferred from old account number (410phtee469361) to new account number (410tpfgb630081), when again i reminded that i paid rs. 367408.1/- vide transaction reference no. |[protected], they are ignoring the fact and replied me that their records shown my loan is outstanding.
