[Resolved]  Bajaj Finserv — personal loan frauds

On portal i recd an offer of rs 460000 pre approved loan. When i submitted my documents there was no response for next 4 days. I recd a call from bajaj finserv thane ashar it park branch from nitish. He told me that due to some reason they have approved rs 1.25 lacs as against rs 4.60 lacs due to technical reason with 3% service charge and 1.99% flat monthly interest. Due to medical emergency i accepted the offer. I was told that my amount will be credited on next working day i. E 29th august 2017. I called them several times on 30th august and 31st august but there was no response.
On 2nd september 2017 i recd a mail that my loan is rejected.
I fail to understand that do they really understand the meaning of pre approved loan offer. If my loan was approved and t&c were finalised then how can loan get rejected.
The document collection team and credit team have wasted my 9 days.
Kindly take appropriate action against such individuals.
