I bought a cot from a shop using Finserv and paid 2 emis as advance. The product was not delivered completely and bajaj refusing to cancel loan and refund emi. Also item was not delivered till now. The are having tie up with seller ane customers are fooled. I will be proceeding with RBI complaint and consumer forum of not addressed properly for creating mental agony to me.
