Bajaj Finserv — refund not initiated | |||||
I had a ordered an iphone 6s from flipkart of rs 23999/- through bajaj finserve emi card. It's been 1.5 half months, my order was not placed. But payment has been deducted from my card. Once i got messages about the transaction, i called to flipkart about the refund, they told me that seller did not got any payment for this order, please contact to your bank/bajaj executive. Then i contact to bajaj, they saying from 1.5 months we have initiated the transaction to flipkart. They will refund. Another thing is that bajaj had converted that amount into in emi, now every month they are sending me an email for the payment of the emi. I have been calling to flipkart and bajaj finserv but they are not responding us properly.
