Bajaj Finserv — scam / fraud on extended warranty through telemarketing | |
Hello I purchased a A.C through the Bajaj finance EMI, at the time of purchase billing we strictly said no to the extended warranty, after 2 days of purchasing they constantly called us through telecalling and told us to take extended warranty at that time also we said no to extended warranty. But after we said no also they activated the loan of extended warranty for RS 7641 How can they activated or grant a loan without our consent or approval and after that matter came to our notice we went to cancel the loan but they said it takes 15 days to complete the process and they are saying we have to pay the extended warranty EMI also for that month and after cancellation the EMI amount we paid will be reverted to our bank account. After I cancelled one loan account they have activated the another one with telecalling. The same issue is also happens with my relative and many others. Without acceptance they are giving us loan and we have to pay them. if our bank accounts didn't have that much money it will be a cheque bounce case. The bank will collect cheque bounce charges and Bajaj finance also collects the charges of rs450. Just once think the business scale of Bajaj finance and the scam or fraud it can do.
