This is in reference to LOAN a/c 404SPF10245862. I availed this LOAN from Bajaj Finserv 3 years back and changed my job almost 18 months back. I travel a lot hence asked your customer service guys to give me an account number or any other option using which I could make advance payments and monthly ECS could be stopped. Noone could give me that option. I purposely stopped making payments then and have written on this FORUM couple of times previously as well. Last year, a legal manager named Rakesh called me and started abusing and then I told him I am not making payments as your collections agency keeps calling me to collect even cheque bounce charges wherein I am ready to make advance payments. Even your portal doesnt give me that option. Before Rakesh called me another manager Murali V called me and gave me a link (HTTPs://mysite.bajajfinservlending.in/pay-overdue.aspx) finally where I could deposit advance payments and he promised all cheque bounce charges will be waived off and in future I could use this to make advance payments. I waited for over 3-4 months and kept making payments every month but cheque bounce charges were not waived off and then I again intentionally stopped making payments after which Rakesh called me and gave me same link and promised me the same. Your collections agency keeps calling me, last week I received a call again from someone named Anil Tripathi and his junior that they have issued a notice on my name for cheque bounce charges. I called up Rakesh and he asked me to get in touch with gentleman named Bharat who I was informed is my account manager. I told him that I want to make advance payments every month, how can I do that, now he shares an account number and other options like PAYTM, above online link, etc. I made a payment on 29th of March, 2019 through PAYTM and told him the same day that I have done the same. He informs he will update it and ensures ECS is stopped. Come Monday April 1, 2019, he messages me to confirm if I made NEFT payment on Monday, I told him I made it through PAYTM on Mar 29 and even forwarded PAYTM message confirmation which he acknowledged as well. Now this bugger tells me the same think, cheque bounce charges will be levied but he will update the payment on my account for April 2019. Today, I received a message from you guys which says ecs will be presented again. So i called up BHarat and asked him why didnt he update the payment on my account, he tells me it was adjusted towards late payment charges. Issue 1: Your collections agency ( Balan collections) doesnot help customers. They are your trained robots who just want to take late payment charges from consumers without even knowing the whole issue. They can give me an account number just to deposit late payment charges but not to make advance payments. Ridiculous. Issue 2: All your so called managers there (god knows which college did you hire them for) are trained to tell lies to consumers. Can I BE ROUTED TO SOMEONE WHO CAN GIVE ME A PERMANENT RESOLUTION FOR THIS ISSUE? Issue 3: I have been a journalist, worked in government and corporate functions. Never in my life have I encountered such ###, such mother ### in my life. You guys are true Indian company who just want to ### consumers. But guess what, I am an educated consumer who knows his rights. Issue 4: I dont use my ecs account anymore so nopoint putting ecs request there every month. I am ready to make advance payments even upto 10 days so that ECS can be stopped. Please make it happen. Issue 5: Remove all late payment charges and adjust payment made on Mar 29, 2019 against april month. Issue 6: Hire competent people who can serve consumers rather than harassing them. Issue 7: I called up chairman's office no from your website[protected] which is invalid. Atleast update your website for god sake. Issue 8: I called up MD office no[protected]. A gentleman spoke to me twice and asked me to call up CUSTOMER CARE at[protected]. Noone picked up on these two numbers.
