Bajaj Finserv — stop harassing me from collection team | |||
LOAN A/C NO :5770PL00149988 Dear Sir/Madam, I am jignesh sonawala as per above refer loan number.i am requesting you to stop harassing me from collection team they have call me for 25 to 30 times ( collection lady call number [protected]) date 15 sept 2014repeated very day for my emi payment and one more lady call for emi payment and she told me(collection lady call number [protected]/44) if i will not pay emi today she will send there person for collection to my residence address but i already told her on satursday 13 sept 2014 that i m try to pay outstanding emi amount by using your bajaj finserv sites but i could pay also i told her that i have email to bajaj finserv customer care id for my this problem.but she is not ready to understand my problem and again call me today for emi amount and told me that if i will not pay this amount today she will send there person to my door step for collection date 15 sept 2014.so i again try to visit your bajaj finserv sites for emi payment about i could pay because it is not going step forward after i click bank of baroda netbanking option for emi payment.please tell me what should i do now and please ...stop harassment from your collection team for payment. so kindly do this need fulfil for me as soon as possile thanks Was this information helpful? | |||

With reference to your post and our discussion, we would like to inform you that your current month's EMI (Sept 14) was returned by your bank with a reason of """"INSUFFICIENT FUNDS"""". We would like to confirm the receipt of the EMI amount on 15th Sept, 2014.
To further regularize and ensure smooth processing of your future ECS, we request you to submit 2 printouts of the ECS mandate forms duly signed by you and also signed and stamped of your bank (we have sent the blank ECS mandate forms to your registered email address) to the nearest Bajaj Finserv Branch.
