Hi this is M.sathish.I bought a bajaj discover last year and i have given PDC for the for the insurance and bike due.My insurance as been expried on 10.4.2008.
I expected an intimation from bajaj finance as theyt told while i bought the bike it doesnt happened, i went to KLN for remainding about my insurance .i meet MR.Sridharan (representative on behalf of bajaj finance) over there i never got an proper responce from him.He ask me...

Dear Sir,
We had puchased Bajaj XCD in october. We had been promised that it would give a fuel efficiency of 80-90 kmpl. But i am getting only 40-50 kmpl. On complainig regularly to the delaer he says check this time we have done the adjustment required. But there has been no improvement. Please help me so that company listens to our complaint and does the needful....

I am getting daily or mostly one call in 2 days
I have informed the team not to call for any loan and OD, AS I have already have OD.
It is causing the issue to my mental health and I am not able receive important call.

I am a resident of Koshal Rudrapur. My job is in Kichha location. I have to go to office daily during office working hours.
There are tolls on the roads, due to which I have to pay Rs 200 daily. I wish I didn't have to pay the toll fee.

The distance of my house from the toll plaza is only 8km

I buy a product on amazon.in order number Order #[protected] on 13 January 2025
and as product is defective so I returned all on 26th jan 2025
and amazon returned all and refund to orignal payment method. ie. Bajaj Finance and give me return request number amazon from 20250123
and said to check with bajaj fin serve my return invoice attached and when I ask bajaj they said that they receive all amount (=10543 (₹315.00 and ₹4889.44 on[protected], and ₹5338.56 on[protected] towards my loan account number 425ECFMM232385 of loan amount ₹10563.) and this they update me on SR[protected].
so all amount returned on 4feb 2025 but they put ECS on 2nd feb and ask me EMI amount and made me bounce charges of 500 and ECS deduction charges also deduct to my ICIC Bank account of 500 Also

I mail bajaj manytime and infomr but nothing happnd they said for amazon.in they have seperate team and they working but nothing happned and its 14 feb 2025
kindaly help me and close this loan and give me NOC

Tata Play Recharge done on 7th Oct 2024 for Rs.652 is still not reflecting in my TataPlay Account and neither the amount deducted from my bank is refunded so far.

I got 117 deducted from my account, i have not done any recent transaction, i want my money back and i don't want any further deduction

I am doing monthly SIP using Bajaj Finserv App. Account information not showing in App.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have been continuously receiving spam loan call from bajajFinsr and I have denying everytime and requested to not call again n again for loan queries.

On 2nd May, I have received a call from Mr. Saurav contact number +91 [protected] for a business loan.

I just queried if personal Overdraft loan is available, and as requested I submitted all document, I clearly instructed not file any loan application if personal OverDraft loan option is not available as per my documents,

But without my permission and without confirming with me, a loan application has been logged and I received a verification call from bajajfinsrv loan Credit Manager, here are the details of the loan application number

I clearly denied that I have not approved or confirmed yet. requested to close the application as it has been logged without my approval.

I connected Mr Saurav and raised my concern that why without my approval loan application has been logged, and I didnt get any satisfactory responses.

after a few days, on 9th may 2024, I received another email with the following subject

Loan Application Rejected
"This is with reference to your loan application no SME[protected].

Post scrutiny of your loan application and documents submitted, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process your loan request at this point in time."

And this has been logged into my CIBIL log which effected my CIBIL score.

I want to raise a complaint to take necessary actions againsgt bajajfinsrv for harrasing the consumers and logging fake loan application without customer permission

The bajaj sales person haven't talked about this before sanction my OD.

He only told me about
Flexi Fees: 8999 only
Bajaj Person name: Arman

When i came to know about all above, I called him, later he commited me to refund all these charges and taxes. Since 2 months no reply. This finance service company is fraud. Dont recommended to go with this.

I have purchased a phone on emi and on every month money will be deducted from my account but this time money and some extra charge also detected from my account 590rs three times total extra charge detected is1770 please do something and give me my money back

I have applied for Flexi Loan - OD with Bajaj. When I last gave my consent over email subject to telephonic discussion with Bajaj they told me that refund will be given till the last day they have charged the interest. Now when I had word with the guys in Bajaj they are saying that they will not refund the money. I raised a SR with them but with no avail and responding the same. Please note that I have not used even a single penny but paying interest for the last two months from my account (EMI mandate from my saving bank account). Hi, My name is Venkatesh Nakka from Bhiwandi, Thane district, Maharashtra.
I got a call from Apna Paisa from Priti Rana Mobile # [protected] offering Bajaj Finance Overdraft Facility. Due to high processing fees i rejected. They offered me cashback of overall fees which came upto Rs.34374 after paying my 1st EMI. Even Priti's manager Prashant Joshi called me and sent me an email assuring that there will be cashback. I accepted and took OD.
Above instance happened on 31st October. Till today no cashback I have received and no both Priti & Prashant are not responding to Calls, What's app msgs & email.

I'm getting multiple calls daily from bajaj finance I raised complalint to bajaj finance regarding around 1 month ago.
But still I'm getting lots of calls even getting more calls.

In my account the have charges for 400 for no reason
