Dear Sir,
You can see my track record is clean and I am always making payment on time.
Only for the first time it happened that my EMI got bounced, however i have made the payment on the same day i.e. 02.03.2023 for the loan account.
So kindly waive off the charges from my account.

      1st of every month we pay EMI (on Bajaj. finserv portal via UPI ).

      Bajaj finserv does not update / Adjustment towards EMI instalments immediately . Bajaj finserv deliberately are updating EMI details after putting INR3000 bounce charges on 5th of Every month and then updates EMI. Every month we facing this issue and we are reporting this issue to bajaj finserv team.

      We have written several email to Relationship Manager Mr.Chirag based in Delhi and CFO etc.

      Customer Care team and Mr. Chirag gave new suggestion - to pay the EMI on the 25th of every month. one month we did so, EMI amount was adjusted towards some dues, We were asked to remit the EMI payment once again and when questioned?

      Finally we sent an email to CFO Bajaj finserv questioning such bounce charges, even after paying EMI in advance? A suggestion was made to us, that we should login to Bajaj finserv portal and Remit EMI via UPI transactions, which we are following and still facing the harassment calls from bajaj finserv call centre team to pay bounce charges.

      NO ACTION IS TAKEN BY BAJAJ FINSERV TEAM TILL DATE. WE ARE FEEDUP WITH THIS HARASSMENT EVERY MONTH. SUCH MALPRACTICES. WHY SHOULD WE GIVE BOUNCE CHARGES, WHEN WE ARE PAYING ADVANCE EMI. We have several emails on this subject and Receipt that we pay in advance.

          Am Lakavath Mohan. on 09.03.2023 received call from their executive. she miss guide me with wallet care plan CPP : IAG596691. with BFL loan no: IN7397330 after activating wallet care plan am seen, i.e. wallet care plan is not to use as mondey with draw card. it is simple wallet care. so i don't have any Credit card and i have zero balance debit card as well as saving account. so this wallet care plan is not usefull to me. am kindly request Bajaj finserve to plase cancel this BFL: IN 7397330 account close. plase don't process EMI. plase close it. iwas reached [protected] as well as [protected] there is no use.
          please close that loan sir.

            Sir,

            I have a Bajaj Flexi Hybrid Personal Loan Loan Account Number: P402PSA5732415 disbursed on 15/10/2022 . The total Loan amount was 21.75 Lakh and I have made part payments of Rs 19, 19, 503 and only 2, 55, 497 pending as utilized.

            Currently I am trying to foreclose this loan I noticed that Bajaj charges me a big "Fixed" foreclosure fee of 1, 02, 660.00 no matter how much I repaid.

            I strongly believe this is unethical as normally foreclosure charge will be taken for pending outstanding amount.

            I believe this Fixed foreclosure fee against the Total Loan amount is against RBI Guidelines on personal loans.

            Please explain how and why Bajaj charges such a big fixed Foreclosure charge on Total Loan Amount instead of pending Amount. Please explain with related RBI guideline which allows Bajaj to take Foreclosure charge like this. [ Please dont show me your criteria/condition on this. I dont give any value to it as I have experience with Bajaj Suraksha Loan "Product" which you deny customer to Cancel/surrender/transfer against IRDA policy...But I got it refunded through IRDA and Maxlife/Bajaj as it was a pure cheating Product. ]

            I request Bajaj to follow RBI Guideline, allow me to foreclose by Hybrid Personal Loan without any Foreclosure Charge.

              First i got acknowledgment that amount has been received and on 2nd mail i got reply insufficient funds.

              Different replies for same query.

              Its been more than 6 years since i am your customer not even once emi got bounced back.

              You can check my records and now just for 1 last emi bounce issue came.

              I got reply from your cce Aditi that this ecs charge which my bank charged but how come in last 6 years it didn’t happen and all of a sudden i am gettIng this reply.

              Your app is showing i have paid all 9 emi.

              Still asking for extra bounce charge.

              What kind of policy is this, after using card for so many years i am facing this challenge now.

              I got end number of calls in these 2 days recovery calls and messages to pay emi as if i am the defaulter one. I purchased more than lacs of products and for your rs3300 you guys made my day hell because o[censored]nlimited number of calls.

                Getting continuous promotional calls from the company, even when i dont remeber signing up for it. They call multiple times a day and it is very irritating. Please stop calling me, im not interested in any of your services.

                  They debited rupees 295 from my account for mandate fail charge but I have already cash in my account for EMI and also before EMI date and they charging mi every month 295 and after that they deducted my EMI amount but I have already enough money in my account but they deducting 295

                    Dear Sir,

                    I had purchased an item from flipkart using Bajaj emi card. Loan ID: 436ECFIY846995.

                    02.03.2023 was the last emi payment date, i paid it in the morning via UPI ( transaction id: S7620622).

                    And after some time i got a message saying that the emi payment got auto debited from my account.(transaction id: S[protected].

                    PLEASE INITIATE A REFUND FOR THE WRONGLY DEDUCTED AMOUNT OF 9049.

                    ATTACHED IS THE RECEIPT FOR YOUR REFERENCE.

                          Bajaj Finserv Sale's employee calling me, that time I am sleeping. I pick the call and told please leave, he started abusing on phone call. Many time i call to this person but he didn't pick the call. Because everyday 5 to 6 phone calls come from bajaj Sale's department. I think this is routine promotion call.                             I was told that there will be no processing charge, hidden charges or flexi pay and same was confirmed over email, whats app chat and recordings as well but still the amount is getting deducted from my account.
                            I tried complaining to Greviance team then they refunded only processing fee and regarding the rest other charges they denied by saying they can’t process even though I have shared the recording in which executive clearly mentioned that all the charges will be zero. This fraud was done by sales team which is highly depressing. I am being charged for which I didnot even take any money from Bajaj.

                                I am not at all a bajaj CUSTOMER.all of sudden getting calls from bajaj shameless, mannerless, ###, fellow for recovery of product from croma which i am least aware of.hes just whats apping, calling from different nos, saying tht i am a wife ofthat person who purchased product.
                                I hav abused him in written and asked for details, like who hes or what hes talking bout...but without even knowing my name n details hes just kpt on abusing n threatening.I hav never ever purchased or took any kind of LOAN from this shameless people.My son my om was shocked to hear all those abusive words.
                                After a search on google i complaint in bajaj CUSTOMER CARE but a very pathetic response i got in return saying tht manager will get back to u for resolution.
                                I am really pissed off with this activity of such nonsense thing.
                                What they think first of all without concerned persons docs, signature..etc how can they sanction any products n then got the rights also to abuse a woman.I am really thinking to put up all these in front of social media for this illegal act.do they recover or talk like this to their families also.
                                Without proper details who gives authorities to them.I really want this guy to b thrown out of companies.

                                      I have paid my 2 EMI's earlier than the due date i.e on 1st of Feb, 2023. Due date is on 2nd of Every month. But i have been deducted an amount of 590 as bouce fees for each EMI. Total of 1180. This is been deducted by ICICI bank on behalf of Bajaj finserv as they did'nt find emi amount on 2nd Feb, 2023.
                                      Bajaj finserv has suggested to pay the emi at the earliest, due to that i had to pay 1 day earlier. And now facing the issues of Bouce fee as well for early payment of EMI. When i asked to Bajaj finserv on this they took 1 week time and refunded an amount of only 295 rupees.
                                      I request the Consumer Complaint forum to look into this issue and see that i get my full refund. thank you.
