Bajaj Finserv — unauthorized deduction from bank account

I, kajal kumari had my loan account no. 594ecf82450512 with bajaj finserv which have already cleared outstanding amount on october-2018. Also get no objection certificate from bajaj finance ltd. On dated 31/10/2018.

But it is noticed that from november 2018 to february 2019 amount was deducting as per bank statement follows:

1. On dated 02/11/2018 amounting rs.398/- = dirdb rtn chg 021118 bajaj fin.
2. On dated 03/12/2018 amounting rs.138/- = dirdb rtn chg 051118 bajaj fin.
3. On dated 03/12/2018 amounting rs.192/- = dirdb rtn chg 021118 bajaj fin.
4. On dated 24/12/2018 amounting rs.3/- = dirdb rtn chg 051118 bajaj fin.
5. On dated 02/01/2018 amounting rs.30/- = dirdb rtn chg 051118 bajaj fin.
6. On dated 02/02/2018 amounting rs.419/- = dirdb rtn chg 051118 bajaj fin.
7. On dated 02/01/2018 amounting rs.590/- = dirdb rtn chg 020219 bajaj fin.
Total amounting = 1770/-

I am shocked to see that the above total amount of rs. 1770/- have deducted from my idbi bank account.

Please give the explanation of deduction after no objection certificate given by bajaj finance ltd of no dues and credit my money back to my bank account.

I have also mailed to bajaj finserv my bank statement and no objection certificate against above loan account, on dated 02/02/2019. But still no proper explanation given regarding deduction.

Please expedite early with proper explanation.
