Bajaj Finserv — Undelivered EMI card | |||||
I have applied for Bajaj Finance EMI Card on October 25, 2016 against a payment of Rs 399. The card was issued after my PAN verification. I got a message that card is dispatched by Express Bee Logistics and my AWB number is:[protected]. Since October 31, 2016 I have followed with Express Bee Logistics on their customer care number[protected] till November 4, 2016. Everyday customer care people will say that product will be delivered by the evening. Even I got a message that product is out for a delivery. On November 4, 2016, I got a message that product has been sent back due to failed delivery. I have intimated Bajaj Finance regarding the same, but there has been no response. I got a mail saying that my service request number is SRN07409629 and company will get back to me in two working days. I have sent the mail on November 2, 2016, the company is yet to send me any mail. I request you to invervene in the matter and bring my refund of Rs 399. Was this information helpful? | |||||
