[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — unwanted deduction of extra charge from my bank account | |||
I have financed a product from bajaj finserv for which i am paying all emi on time but after that an amount of rs. 295 has been deducted from my account every month. I have compliand earlier about this and got my money back but again this month same amount has been deducted from my account. I have sent the mail 1week ago to bajaj finserv regarding this but they didnt respond. This time they are saying that my bank has deducted this amount even if its clearly mentioned in my bank statement that the deduction is from bajaj finserv. I request you to help me to get my money back also i want assurance from the company that it'll not happen again in future.
