Bajaj Finserv — Unwanted health and GTL insurance issued against my name. | |||||
Dear Sir/Ma'am, This is to inform you that I had taken a loan from Bajaj Finserv; loan application no. 410PST39404725. I recently received a message stating that health and GTL insurance policies have been applied against my name, whereas I haven't applied for any such insurance policies. These policies have been applied without any prior information. Therefore, I'm not liable to pay any premium for these two policies. Hereby, I kindly request you to cancel these two insurance policies that have been issued against my name and send me a confirmation of the cancelation of the policies as soon as possible. 26.03.2017, this mobile lost in the road and raise a case in the perinthalmanna station . And recover after 2 days . But the glass broken and it is submitted to samsung service center at thrissur . And glass replaced and it cost is 6200 /- . Please advise me what is the procedure for claim this .
