[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — unwanted product naming fonesafe added in my loan a/c without my intimation | |||||
I purchased a samsung j7 max mobile worth rs. 17900 on july 2017 on emi (Lan id: 421dpf[protected]. My monthly emi was rs.2, 984. After a week i received a message stating that another product naming ("digital fone safe" lan id: 421dpf[protected] was tagged in my account and i have to pay additional emi of rs.330. This was tagged without any intimation or acknowledgement and also i don't need this.
