[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — very worst service | |
I have got a call from bajaj finserv for the flexi loan account. I have agreed to start the loan process. The telecaller and the representatives were responded initially. But after approved the loan they were not willing to take up my call for clarifications. They have deducted additional amount from the loan approved amount and yet to resolve that issue. Many times tried with customer care but not get any solution. Think and go with this service. If you get clear breakdown for the disbursal amount then go with that. I have applied for a loan i have received three times conformation in my mail . yesterday i have submitted my
5 cheque to the local office . after that loan not disbursed and no one is responding from bajaj . this is very bad and wrost service from bajaj finance .they are only harashing and cheating with peoples .so its request to all never apply for a loan in bajaj finance they are the cheater peoples . i wil definitely make a case againest them for harshing me .

I have asked the representative to remove the wallet protection from the disbursal amount. But its not been removed yet.
Even the sales person not picking my call. They have given the same false promise to my friend. He is also struggling more, .
By this status i will raise a complaint in all the forums as Bajaj Finserv giving false commitments for the Flexi Loan.
