Bajaj Finserv — Wallet Insurance Money was taken but no documents received

I have applied and paid 600 to KYC person for wallet insurance but have not received any documents yet nor refund .Dropped mail wecare/pocketservices bajaj mails but no response received. The KYC guy name is Akhil Thomas and was sent for KYC by Bajaj team and transaction happened on 16th dec
