I have purchased a Samsung LED TV 32" this month through your finance executive at Sathya. Your executive asked me to pay a down payment of Rs. 3400 and I did. I have the receipt for the payment with me. But when I logged in to my account it says that I have made a down payment of Rs.2900 and have to pay the remaining. I have complained to bajaj finserv regarding the issue and it's been five weeks now the issue is not yet resolved. they don't have a customer support number to talk to. even their email support is very lazy.
