Bajaj Finserve — Incorrect charges without informin

I have already raised complaint with docket number still I have not received any resolution nor the complaint details are showing with this docket number, check and get my money refunded and I would like to claim compensation from the service provider for wasting my time and getting processing charges added without knowledge and without informing me.
