Bajaj Finserve — Incorrect charges without informin

Mr.Mohit, from Bajaj Finserv with no.[protected], had called me asking to take OD but they ended up giving flexi loan, first false commitment. I had requested them to process it without verification he said he will do but at the end he did not and sent for verfication too, now he is claiming they didt do verification and all. Also, nobody explained abt the the charges and they have billed me 15042 as perocessing charges and on top of it they are billing interest to me. I want to raise strong complaint on this company for having such employees who are getting sales by misleading customers. He also promised he will get refunded but now he is changing his words and claiming the employee who came for verification left the job and they have explained me everthing. Why will I take their service by paying so high processing fee and all. I want compensatio for trouble me from 3 months with repeated false commitments from Mohit and full refund of 2 months interest along with the amount they have charged. Bajaj Finserve is one of the worst place to do any bussiness.

Finances we take to resolve problem not to create problem, this kind of employees are not meant to sustain in any system. I have attached all the chat for your reference.

One text screenshot I have shared when I informed abt difference amt and the received amt he had no information and was saying amt should get updated. These knowledgeless people are fooling customers.

Updated by Shawar Sultana I dont want to pay for any lawyer and all, you I have raised complaint here check ad get me first my original amount refunded and then discuss them abt the compensation more than compensation I want action against the employees who are playing with customers. This kind of blind act isn ot acceptable, everyone knowns nobody will ready their pages of agreement, what we need in basic information and about charges they should have informed me in first call which they have not done and wasted my time and enerygy.
