[Resolved]  Bajajfinserv — even on submitting change of bank, bajaj finserv people are not changing bank and collecting bounce charges

I have consumed loan from bajaj finserv with loan #400ecf40204312 whichi is of 6 months tenure with emi start date as[protected] and end date as[protected]. From the second installment, i have submitted for a change of bank by walk - in to branch on 4th july but this request was done on 7th, july which is been shown in there website. But from the second installment i see my request is not been done and i have charged with bounce charges. When i asked the same with pune headoffice by calling [protected] they replied that it takes 45 days which didn't happened until now. Because of there negligence my cibil score is been impacted and also even on my email request the people from bajaj are not responding.

I have submitted the request on 4th July by walkin to the branch located at Th Floor, 2-6/11-411, Vijaya Sai Towers, Opp. Bjp Office, Kukatpally, Hyderabad - 500 072. - 500072, Telangana.

Even though i send many emails, People from Pune Bajaj office say that they didn't received the request and want me to again walk in to branch and submit a new NACH Form. I wonder when these people can issue loan in few days or minutes why can't they update a change bank request with a few days? Again they don't have proper information some say that it will happen in 45 days and other say it happens in 60 days. They themselves are not clear in the information. Again if i submit a new one again my third EMI get bounced and again charges apply. These people are sucking people's money and in return blaming and threatening the customer sending there collection agents.

There is no resolution for this. Bajaj finserv, pune branch wants me to submit another NACH Form, which I have did. I do have the record details of the log book for my earlier NACH FORM which represents the Bajaj finserv, kukatpally branch have submitted to pune branch which is been overlooked by these people. Because of there technical issues they are harassing the customer to do advance payments which is not fair enough. All is that am looking for reversal of the bounce charges for which i have been the suffered. These people are sucking people's money without doing there job.
