[Resolved] Bajajfinserv — even on submitting change of bank, bajaj finserv people are not changing bank and collecting bounce charges | |||
I have consumed loan from bajaj finserv with loan #400ecf40204312 whichi is of 6 months tenure with emi start date as[protected] and end date as[protected]. From the second installment, i have submitted for a change of bank by walk - in to branch on 4th july but this request was done on 7th, july which is been shown in there website. But from the second installment i see my request is not been done and i have charged with bounce charges. When i asked the same with pune headoffice by calling [protected] they replied that it takes 45 days which didn't happened until now. Because of there negligence my cibil score is been impacted and also even on my email request the people from bajaj are not responding. Was this information helpful? | |||
