Bally Municipality — No real cleaning of drain only photo

Extremely disappointed with the sanitation service, the bally municipality cleans the drains only once in a year and seems to be just for the show. Worker remove the sludge, leave it piled on the edge of the gate and all washed back into drain. No real cleaning is done just a photo Op.
