Banaras Style — wrong product delivered and no response for return, not on mail

Hello,

I had ordered a lehenga from their website (After sign up) costing 1490/- the lehenga which i placed an order for and the lehenga which i received are completely different. The company's return policy says within 3 working days the product should be returned. I have mailed them regarding the issue, but even after two days no reply from them for mail, and contact number mentioned on their facebook page, the website is always switched off or not working. They are not replying my mails and their contact numbers are also fake. There is no way to contact them. Now i want to refund my amount.
Please help me to get my money back.

They are actually cheating people.I ordered for A multicoloured soft silk saree for ₹1290 and they ' ve sent A cotton saree in disgusting colour.This company should be sued in consumer court.

I purchased a lehenga cost rs 1500 but they delivered me a totally different and cheap quality lehenga. And now they are not answering my mails and their phone numbers are not working. I want my money back please.
