I have ordered a black saree worth 1099 from banaras style clothing brand through their facebook page.
The saree which i placed order for and the saree which i received are completely different. The company's return policy says within 3 working days the product should be returned. I have mailed them regarding the issue, but even after two days no reply from them for mail, and contact number mentioned in their facebook page is always switched off.
Please help me to get my money back. And they sent me a wrong stuff. Charged me and not responding to my mails or calls. Was this information helpful? |
