I am attaching both BDA tax receipt and receipt of Ekhata cert. The amount of ₹ 9700 is paid for new ekhata on 19-7-20. Arrears of ₹ 6362 is also paid on 21-8-21 . So, arrears of tax collected on tax receipt ₹ 6362 may not be correct. This doubt is because the BDA would not issue Khata cert without collecting the vacant site tax. Please confirm arrears collected is incorrect or clarify why arrears is collected.

From the time of the approval of our apartment complex (J.S.R The Banyan) vide Approval Lt. No. 110/2002 Dated.19th March 2002 and a subsequent reception of Occupation Certificate on 27th April 2010 vide certificate No. BDA/EM/EO-I/TA11/OC/T-47/[protected], our residential complex has been under the administrative control of BDA.

All adjoining residential areas around our complex have been under the civic administration of BBMP. Our registered area measuring 9 Acre 39.5 Guntas of land (inclusive of roads, drainage and garden is alone pending for transfer to BBMP.

Our attempts to contact the officials at the BDA office in Padmanabha Nagar, Bangalore, has not yielded any result. We also have not even received any oral or written communication pertaining to the delay in transfer of the same.

We humbly request you to go through our attached supporting documents and look forward to the transfer of administrative control to BBMP at the earliest for the overall wellbeing of our community.

Respected Sir / Madam,

1. In our BSK6th Stage 4th H Block Further Extension Layout Roads are very Bad, i.e., road digged for water and drainage facility, but still not yet layed the roads, due to that full of dust and difficult to walk or drive the vehicles on tha roads .

2. Street Address sign Boards are also not visible almost all the letters are faded and not able to identify.

We have paid EMD amount of 8 Lakhs for 2 sites in auction through eproc on Dec 13th and Dec 20th . We received only 4Lakhs but not the remaining 4Lakhs (second site) .

We dint succeed in bidding.

Please let me know wen can we receive the remaining 4Lakhs.

I had participated in the BDA auction on 29th december and was unsuccessful, however, my emd is not refunded. No one in BDA responds.

Sir, This is to highlight that there is a commercial business (shop) at 830, 20th main 37th cross, Jayanagar 4th T block, Bangalore-560041, that is running in a residential area causing difficulties to the residents. Customers to this shop park their cars infront of our houses blocking the roads. On weekends it gets worse as several cars are parked in the street by customers to this shop making it difficult for the residents to leave or return to their residence. Additionally deliveries to this business starts early in the morning and runs late at night disturbing the residents.
Clearly a commercial establishment in a residential area is a breach of BDA rules. We request you to take immediate action asking the shop to vacate the residential premises.

Sir I had osstet fees paid by phone pe...it was successful but after error occurred

Dear Sir, I would like to bring to your notice that a illegally acquired a BDA property at Survey No. 103 at Nagarbhavi ORR doing a parking and unauthorised sheds are raising and doing Religious activities

LED street lights on outer ring road (Bengaluru 39) from Durga Parameshwari temple/skywalk towards Nagarabhavi circle NOT switched on from almost more than a month.

Sewage water is flowing into Lingadheeranahalli Lake in Banashankari 6th Stage BDA Layout Bangalore . Also there is grabage everywhere around the lake . The peacocks and some of the other birds around the lake are slowly disappearing .

The live auction of BDA site in Banshankari 6th stage, 2nd block was closed by 3:50pm which was well before the cut off time of 6pm. Eprocurement customer care says this was done by Bda. Tried all possible phone numbers of BDA shared on Auction document and nobody picks up the call to address our concerns. Very poorly managed auction. Two officials of BDA even switched off their phone when I tried calling them multiple times. Very unprofessional bda employees who don't deserve to be working for the Government.

Banashankari 6th Stage 1st Block sewage line between sculpture Park and BDA link Road is open. It spreads very bad smell and very dangerous for small children. Also lot of people misuse the allotted park area for open toilet. Is there a plan and date to cover the sewage line and to develop the park?

We have purchased a plot in Banashankari 6th Stage, 4th B Block (Near Sobha Forets View) and constructed a house after getting the required approvals. However the following basic amenities has not been provided and is causing lot of hardship to the residents:

1) No Under Ground Drianage - Looks like the road has been dug and UGD line has been laid however it is still not connected. Sewer from the pit from neighouring house is overflowing and the area is stinking and also has increase mosquito menance.
2) No Cauvery water line - Despite being very close to pipeline road we have not been provided with water line. Currently BWSSB is digging up the road from 100 feet road to Sobha Forest View, Cedar block, if an early action can be taken, getting connection for us may be easy.
3) Street ights are not working - This is thinly populated area and there are snakes, street lights not working is causing hardship to step out of the house after if it is dark outside.
4) Storm water drains blocked & also not covered with slab.

Requesting concerned authorities to look into the matter and provide us with basic amenities.

Looking forward for support at the earliest in resolving the issues.

The captioned site was allotted to me by BDA. Some construction has taken place on that site and I have brought this to the notice of BDA authorities several times. I requested for an alternative site several times. So far, nothing has been allotted to me. I request your good office to intervene in this matter and bring justice to my case.
