Bangalore Development Authority [Bda] — Arrears Maintenance fee collected by BDA

Bda is not maintaining anthing in our layout and collecting arrears maintainance fee as 3600 rupees.

Layout is situated in alur, huskur road.

Street lights and roads are maintained by association which is formed by our layout members. Why we should pay so much tax to bda. This time my tax has come near to 11000. This is not right on thier part
