In front of my house number is 1949, Banashankri 6th Stage, 4th Block Near Nagegowdanpalya Circle street light not working. In this rainy season very scary in night time to go out.
We noticed snakes and other insect in night time. So please repair the street light on priority.

Dear sir,
It has been since more than 3-days the street lights are not working in our locality. We understand the monsoon days are here, but due to some fault the street lights are not functional and it is very difficult for the public commuting or walking on these roads in the night.

This issue is raised to the following number, as are being the authority in-charge [protected]. Request to please look into this asap....

This is to bring to ur kind attention...anjanapura 4th block bda layout 3rd main 6th Cross gutter digging work is still pending on one side.
Even after insisting with the engineer it's not happening. We heartly appreciate ur development work in our area.
Kindly address this concern ASAP.

There are NO roads, water, sewer, electric facility in Arkavathi layout 15th block, we are paying tax to BDA from several years NO development has been done so far. When can we start constructing house? now it is looking like forest and lots of stray dogs and snakes....

Bda is not maintaining anthing in our layout and collecting arrears maintainance fee as 3600 rupees.

Layout is situated in alur, huskur road.

Street lights and roads are maintained by association which is formed by our layout members. Why we should pay so much tax to bda. This time my tax has come near to 11000. This is not right on thier part...

This is bring to your notice that builder "Slv Infrastructures pvt. Ltd." has made below deviation.
1) Sold the common area to an individual flat owner.
2) Sold all the entrance/exit upper basement and Lower basement which is violation of fire safety norms.
3) Created STP just below my flat.

These are few of the main issues. We need your interference to make sure the safety norms are followed and also common...

I had visited BDA complex hbr layout 2nd block, where we went to a lady staff who was sitting in a adhaar enrollment section, to enquire instead of she responding to us in a. Correct manner she behaved very rudely in telling that she don't know about it, even though she did not know on it she could have told us in a polite manner but she behaved like a illeterate and uncultured women and kept shouting at us, this is not the manner to speak...

I have not received refund for one of the auction sites. It has been almost a month since the auction ended. Please refund the amount asap...

I submitted request for survey and marking of my site bearing number 814, 6th block, Sir M Vishveswarayya layout on 2nd February 2023 by attaching all support documents to proceed for construction of boundary wall at BDA Vijayanagar office. At the time of submission I was given to understand it would take 6 days time by the Assist executive engineer but till now the survey has not been done, Request the authorities to kindly...

Sir, at SMV block 1 there is no street, during night and early morning it is very difficult be on this cross roads, this cross road start at site no 2331 stretch which connect to 100 ft road other end land mark Dads interio.

please provide the street light the cross roads here ASAP,

I participated BDA e-auction and paid INR 4 lakh EMD per site TO BDA BANGALORE COMMISSIONER via online banking, I participated in 4 different sites, total 16Lakh EMD not refunded.
i lost the bid for all 4 sites 11 days back, however BDA is not returning/refunding my hard earned money.

I call e-procurement, they asked me to call BDA, I tried reaching BDA mulltiple times but no luck. finally i sent an email to "[protected]@bdabangalore.org"...

LB Shastri Nagar 10th crossroad Dugged and cut middle of the road for sewage pipeline in mid of 2022. But still middle of cut road is not closed properly. which causes issue.

During rain, all Hometech Suhanbav apartment drainage and 9th cross water flows to LBS nagar 10th cross road. As they closed few drainages which causing this issue. please take proper action.
