Hi Sir,

I purchased a plot in subjected layout after verifying BDA layout approval condition letter ref PRL[protected]. This letter clearly states that the builder has to build 40 feet road, highlighted in yellow in the attachment, from the layout entrance to Tatva School however, this road is not built yet.

Inability to login the tax payment portal

I am not able to login to pay the property tax for the year 2021-22 at the portal https://propertytax.bdabangalore.org/login . Kindly rectify or at least snail mail or email the challan so that we can make net or in-person payment at the Bank....

I didn't get the refund of emd amount

I participated in bda e-auction and paid rs. 4, 00, 000 as emd amount for the e-auction ended on 30th jul 2019. I was out bid by other bidders, hence my bid did not go through. I was told by e-auction portal help desk that my ead amount will be credited back to my account in 3 days time. It is more than 3 weeks now and still no refund. Please help to get my money back. e-auction refund

Dear sir, madam,

I have participated in the bda eauction ref: bda/em/e-auction/t-01/2019-20 through online portal (https://eproc.karnataka.gov.in). since i am not highest bidder in the auction; i supposed to get back the refund amount. I have not received any communication about refund and been waiting for the past 22 days.

I have tried calling e-procurement site help desk team; none of them responding properly...

Street dog menace

Not able to Pay BDA Property Tax Online from last one year

Built more floors and not adhere to the plan also not left proper setback both towards his right and left side of the house. He has encroached both the compound walls. BDA E AUCTION 4 lakh deposit not returning

I recently applied for e-auction and paid 4 lakh INR TO BDA BANGALORE COMMISSIONER via online banking,
Its been 10 days since the money has been deposited, i lost the bid, however BDA is not returning or refunding my money back, i wonder why it should take so long to return the money .

When i call e procurement, they give some telephone numbers which no body picks.

I would like to bring it to your notice the severe waterlogging issue occuring at 5th block Sri m vishweshwaraih layout muddinapalya behind lakshmi venkateshwara temple during rains.
The road drainage system is not clean and built properly and leading to stagnant water and health hazards and muds are dumped into drains which is causing block to pass down the water

I kindly request the BDA offical who in charge of this to take urgent steps to clean, repair and maintain the drainage system

        BDA allotted a site in Arkavathi layout, Block V, SITE NO 290 measuring 15X24 meters. Ref No BDA/DS-I/290/ARK-blk-V/2006-07 dated 24th June 2006. We paid the amount through DD No 188646 for an amount of 7, 58, 500 dated 07/09/2006. With subsequent requests we mad to execute the absolute sale deed but till date it is not executed or replied. References: 1) Allotment letter No 052982 2) No objection certificate 3) Remittance challan 4) Acknowledgement No 468671 5) Acknowledge no 396411 6) Acknowledgment No 400611 7) Acknowledge no 402218 8) acknowledge No 420919 dated 29, 02.2024. We request an early revolution of our problem.

          The flat owners already paid full amount for 1 bhk apartment, but work is not completed, all the work is pending., water and electric work is pending .Many times given complaint, no action was taken, without completing the work, why BDA IS TAKING new projects.1 bhk, thippasandra, Anjanapura, by giving contract to wrong person, the work is pending.             We are staying in the 3 Rd floor of Brahmagiri - BDA Flats - Malagala Housing Project Phase 2.

            Since 6 months there is a problem of leakage in the MASTER BEDROOM.We complained bda authorities many a times. But no action has been taken.

            It was reported to the owner in the very next floor, to check the tiles of their bathrooms and toilets of their house. But he is not bothered. He says it was constructed by bda people. Hence, it should be repaired by them only.

            Chances of grounding are there. Please look into it immediately. Also we are worried leakage has been spreading till electricity connections.
            Really we are very much worried.

            But the authorities have not taken any action

                People have built ilegal public toilet behind our house which is built on bda land and flowing open toilet drain behind our house. We had lodged complaint to bwssb and they had put drainage connection pipeline behind the house but people are unwilling to connect that drain to that pipe and flowing those drains as it is behind house gutter. Please take strict action on this as open toilet drains near residence are illegal and with public toilet built on bda land the property doesn't belong to them. The illegal toilet either must be demolished or the pipe need to be connected to drain pipe which is already there.please resolve this issue soon as it is pending from long time even after lodging several complaints to different authorities.

                  I had purchased a land in 2022. Khata Transfer is also done for it. But Owners Name & Address not updated in Property Tax Receipt yet. Have gone HSR BDA office multiple times but the person responsible to rectify this is never available at his desk.
