[Resolved]  Bangalore Development Authority [Bda] — e-auction refund

Dear sir, madam,

I have participated in the bda eauction ref: bda/em/e-auction/t-01/2019-20 through online portal (https://eproc.karnataka.gov.in). since i am not highest bidder in the auction; i supposed to get back the refund amount. I have not received any communication about refund and been waiting for the past 22 days.

I have tried calling e-procurement site help desk team; none of them responding properly and now e-procurement is not taking responsibility and mentioning about discuss with bda. I have written letter to bda commissioner about the matter; no response from them. Also tried calling the bda office; nobody pickup the call.

Please let me know how to resolve this issue.
