I had participated in the e auction on Oct 3rd 2023 BDA, i lost the bidding.
Its been more than 25 days and EMD amount has not yet been refunded yet. When I call the BDA no one picks up the phone. There is no update.
i tried calling e-auction department, no one is picking up the call.
even i tried calling e-Procurement Cell, they are telling from BDA have to change the status to "Finalized" for that site. Until BDA initiate, e-Procurement Cell will not refund the amount.
This is inconvenient to the public. Kindly resolve at the earliest ASAP.
