Bangalore Development Authority [Bda] — I didn't get the refund of emd amount

I participated in bda e-auction and paid rs. 4, 00, 000 as emd amount for the e-auction ended on 30th jul 2019. I was out bid by other bidders, hence my bid did not go through. I was told by e-auction portal help desk that my ead amount will be credited back to my account in 3 days time. It is more than 3 weeks now and still no refund. Please help to get my money back. Thanks!
