Dear sirs, my electricity bill is coming double or triple every alternate months. Our bill never used to come over 900 rupees before may 2017. My meter details are below. Kar, ind Identity proof not available Sub division e4 mahadevpura Existing load 5.000000 kw Existing tariff code 1lt2a1-n Existing tariff name monthly lt2a1 tariff schedule for normal customers I am completely aware that the consumption charges are increased from april 2017 onward.. First 30 units from rs 3/- to 3.25/- per unit Next 70 units from rs 4.4/- to 4.7/- per unit Above that from rs 5.9/- to 6.25/- per unit The consumption and bill history from your website is pasted below for your reference. December 106 units - bill 1586/- November 123 units - bill 854/- October 164 units - bill 2043/- September 128 units - bill 898/- August 177 units - bill 1229/- July 112 units - bill 655/- As you can see the October bill units are less than august bill units. But still got a higher bill value in october. December bill units are less than july bill units but still got a higher value bill in december Please explain... Below is the consumption history from your website consumer portal - bescom Dissapointed with the bills i am getting every alternated day double bill account id [protected] None of the bescom help line facility works [protected] on whatsapp just keeps repeating to call 1912 or write email to [protected]@bescom.co.in or [protected]@gmail.com 1912 - always engaged, i waited even 30 minutes but cant get through the line.. They keep repeating send sms to 58888 58888 - i sent the message with my account id and details.. Got the reply invalid request menu dial 58888511 for examresults. Rs10/min. Cri for cricket score. News for news. Jokes for jokes etc.. [protected]@bescom.co.in or [protected]@gmail.com no replies yet.. Waiting.. Its 1 day since i posted complaint. What is the next step???
