Hi,

This is with reference to the street light in front of my house, which is not functioning for 9 months.

I have tried to reach out to the BESCOM service people who come to service other street lights in the same street. They are very unresponsive.

Request you to please look into this at the earliest and help fix it as the street is very dark and dangerous during the night times for public and the residents of the house.

There was also a robbery of the battery from two wheeler parked in front of the house, due to lack of proper lighting.

Hope this will be considered and the issue will be fixed

    My name is Atul Srivastava
    I reside in Vakil Townscape Jigani Bangalore.
    Incident date 12 Nov 2021

    Details : The meter reading person came around 3 PM to our lay out and started taking reading from all the houses. He came to our house and took the reading and while leaving he left the gate opened, To which my mother who is 74 and my wife they requested this guy to close the gate as they are not going out due to COVID reasons. to which he stared abusing them and started asking to get the meter installed outside of main gate. I do not have any concern with he not closing the gate but the way he abused my family members is not at all acceptable. I do not have his name however he seems to be the regular guy visiting our layout.

      I made the Bescom bill payment on 5th November, 2021 (Friday), the money got debited from my ICICI bank account but the payment failed at Bescom portal end. The link i used for payment is; https://www.bescom.co.in/SCP/MyAccount/QuickPayment.aspx

        Recently we booked a flat in Purvankura. Post paying the booking amount, Purvankura has allocated the unit to some other person who is part of their management. We are completely unhappy with this experience with Purvankura, so we proceeded with cancellation. They promised us during the booking of flat, if we cancel the plot, amount will be refunded within 30-45 days. Now its more than 2.5 months, and we have been following from last one month, No progress.

          Balance amount of Temporary meter connection

          Consistent issue with voltage fluctuation and low voltage supply

          Address: Kr Circle, Bengaluru

          Since the past few months, we have been facing a lot of voltage fluctuation and instances where the voltage goes down to 100V instead of 220/240V. This puts all electrical devices under serious danger of damage. Our washing machine already got damaged due to this. Despite multiple complaints and visits from BESCOM personnel, this issue has not been rectified....

          Hi Besom,

          Name is mispelled in electricity Bill of my house. correct Name is GOPINATHA V & KANAKA PADMAVATHY
          Mispelled name is GOPITHA.V.KANAKA PADMAVATHI.
          Need to be corrected as soon as possible.
          Kindly find attached house sale deed and electrical bill for your reference.
          Kindly do the needful.

          Its been more than 6 months i am trying to reach out to the right person to get the issue resolved. Called customer care and sent many mails to [protected]@gmail.com none of them are resolved an issue.

          When i went to bescom office they mentioned to change the name again with all the formalities and along with noc and lots of documents for the money. Its already been submitted and transferred to my name but with spelling mistake. Which not my fault its bescom person who updated wrongly even though, all the documents are submitted correctly.

          Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

            Payment is done twice from 2 person in family for the same bescom Id for the same month

            I paid the electricity bill through UPI for the month of sept -oct 21 and my husband also paid the same amount for the same month so 2 payments got deducted.

              Wrong meter reading on bill

              Sir,
              This is to bring to your notice that my meter reading was recorded wrongly in the bill of September 2021. Actual reading is 2759.5 as on october 5th, 2021 and reading mentioned on the bill is 3244 taken on october 3rd, 2021.As per the bill I have to pay almost Rs.4100/- more. Could you please look in to this matter at the earliest.

                Hi Sir,

                We live in BDA 4th 'A' Block, JP Nagar 9th Phase, Near Gurusiddeswara Theatre, Bangalore- 062. We are facing issues with street lights not being operational(not switched on regularly at the night).

                Places seem very insecure as there are not many houses around.

                Request you to look into this as-soon-as-possible.

                      I am Vemrurgan T. I took work on 5 seats from Flyleaf Digitech International Private Limited for Rs150000
                      I completed the work properly as they have asked me to do then report of the work was generated.
                      They gave me wrong and fake report by which I got huge loss.
                      I called them multiple times to resolve the issue so that we can get to a point so that i can continue the work then they started to ignore my calls n when I asked them to refund my deposit they started giving me threats

                      This company is totally fake and fraud new company only being setup to cheat people and take their money.

                                Hi

                                #497, 50 ft road, kumar swamy layout 2nd stage near to 15 f bus stop. In front of house there are 2 tress both of them started touching 11kv line which is very dangerous in this raining season also no one is cutting them from last 6 months

                                One tree branches is spread on road and it is getting hit by lorry and very dangerous as everyone is getting scared and someone is walking around is dangerous too

                                Please cut the branches asap
