Recently we booked a flat in Purvankura. Post paying the booking amount, Purvankura has allocated the unit to some other person who is part of their management. We are completely unhappy with this experience with Purvankura, so we proceeded with cancellation. They promised us during the booking of flat, if we cancel the plot, amount will be refunded within 30-45 days. Now its more than 2.5 months, and we have been following from last one month, No progress.
