Electricity BIll

My Electricity bills are very random.. i stay in a rented room as i am student of an engineering college.. i am staying alone for the last 2 months and my previous electricity bill was only rs.71 which is acceptable as i dont use high electricity demand appliances even if i do thats for 5-6 min to make a cup of tea thats it.. Now this months bill came and its a whooping rs.1400 on my face where i was using in the same way like i used last...

Nowadays in 2021 June, July, August.. power cut happening regularly for more than half the day everyday without any reason. It rained a little bit and power is not there for whole 2 days. It is as if I am staying in a village, even village condition is better. Even Kolkata supplies 24*7 power supply even during super cyclonic storms. Pathetic and criminal organization BESCOM!!!...

Without intimation Fuse taken off

Meter reading guy have taken out fuse without intimating. UPS and other house equipment will be on. In case if we are going out of station then we would have only switched off main DP switch reason is that we have ups battery which needs charging and Refrigerator to be on. Our electricity bill payment has been redirected to others bill. The account number as well as the bill number changes to someone else's numbers even after entering the right number. Electric meter issue bills are fluctuating

We have been paying all BESCOM bills using UPI since Dec 2020. The bill amount appears on the mobile and the same is being paid without fail every month. I had change the Bescom connection from Builder to Owner and found the current owner name has a "N" in MINTRA. It should be "MITRA".

The Current owner name is "DEBLINA CHOWDHURY AND PRASANJIT MINTRA" whereas a "N" has been added in "MINTRA".

Too high electricity bill

I am living in 1 BHK, i use of electrical appliances on daily basis, which includes one fan and one tube light. I have stove at home for cooking ( no induction), one fridge which is 5 star rated. I use electric heater rod for 5 minutes in the morning.

I have a standing instruction in bank for bescom payments and I’ve also received message confirmation for the same. But bescom bill still showing the bill as outstanding...

Heavy power fluctuations

Address correction in Electricity Bill

Respected BESCOM Officials,

There is a correction required in my electricity bill. The actual house address is:

Satyadeep Behera,
#7, Royal Palm Enclave, Srinivasapura, Near Sathnur Colony, Bagalur, Bangalore - 562149, Karnataka,

but it has been mentioned as "Site No. 7, Byappana".

Please do the needful to correct the errors ASAP.

Power cut everyday

There is no power since morning. Why there is power cut everyday in Arekere Samrat Layout? How we should do office work? Is a basic need and government is not able to fulfill the basic needs of the common people. This is shameful to say that the capital city has power shortage issue....
