Dear Sir/Madam,

BESCOM has changed the meter on 26 July 2021, due to meter not functioning. The meter was changed after my multiple requests to replace it.
Now the replaced meter Bill is not been generated from last 3 months after following up multiple times with AE and JE.
My meter number is 8EEH23388
I have give complaints to respective AE and JE, still no action is taken.
I have raised a complaint with call center the docket number DE08540695. Still now no Bill is generated.
Please advice what is the next level i need to go to get my Bill.
If BESCOM provides me multiple months bill, during COVID crisis i will not be able to pay huge money. Hence as a customer i have been following from post to piller to get my Bill. Still BESCOM is least bothered to provide the BILL. Can some one advice me of what next steps should i undertake to get my BESCOM Bill. God Save the Country.

    I have paid electricity bill through google pay but transaction got failed and my Money has been deducted from my account. When will my money be refunded? This happened today morning date 9 sep 2021. They have told it will be refunded by 5-7 working days but still I haven't received any money back. Please resolve my problem. The amount which was deducted is Rs.1315 and please what should I do to get back my money? Is there any procedures to follow up? I have included the screen shot please try to resolve as soon as possible. Thank you

      The Bill reading person took the wrong reading for the account ID.[protected]. Our meter's present reading as of 07/09/21 is 13841 but the bill says 14628. The meter reading person took the reading of the 2nd-floor meter in our building and included that reading into our bill for the 1st floor. Please correct this mistake as soon as possible.

          In Dattatreya nagara hosakerehalli due to poor work done by bescom my car Tyre got blasted and locals said there are multiple cars that got damaged due to this. Please take action and compensate me for the replacement of Tyre. Insurance doesn’t cover now

                Despite of paying regular and hefty electricity bills, BESCOM is cutting the power of a single tower out of 14 towers in a residential location of Divyasree Techno Park.
                -Power was cut at 4:08 pm on 27-Aug-2021 and logging complaint at 5:35 pm without any resolution from BESCOM.
                -This is the second incident happened in this month and the previous power cut went more than 2 hours.
                -Why is this happening to our society only?

                      Hi sir/mam,

                      This month, I got Highest amount of electricity bill and there zero use at home due to Covid-19. How is this possible ?

                      Bill amount (this month) = 1361
                      Bill amount (previous month) = 50

                      Please help is finding out who is the culprit, the BESCOM or someone stealing my current at home?

                      When I was using electricity, the bill ranges between 200-400. This time (July 2021) it is nearly 1000 rs higher and June 2021 -> Rs 50 only.

                        Hi,

                        I have to mention that s11 office in Bangalore had changed name of meter against the owner (my name) based on illegal sale deed created by sub registrar office.

                        This is actionable against them as they had done it without informing me, owner of flat in Ozone eg, I have paid all the dues to them .

                        They need to change it back to my name as all documents are in my name.

                              Power outtage everyday for 8-9 hours (12 hours on some days)

                              This is motherfcking govt company, most of the hours in a day the power is out because they are busy licking each other ###-, smelling and licking each other buttholes. There service levels are so poor only god can help them. If you live in a BESCOM serviced area your life is fcuked as long as you live there.

                                We have been experiencing severe voltage fluctuations in our apartment (refer the address below) for almost 1 month. Its severely damaging the electronics/lifts and also safety concerns within the premises. The response from the department is very poor in resolving the issue even after multiple complaints. The Transformer within the premises is bypassed by the BESCOM engineers and is the main cause for the incident. Request your help in resolving the same at the earliest.

                                  In the last two days we observed high voltage power fluctuation in the interval of every 5 or 10 minutes. Tube lights starts flickering, fan which is running in the lowest speed suddenly increases to highest speed, we are fearing where the fan will fall from the sealing as the speed is beyond the highest. This happens for few seconds and then gets to normal.

                                  Yesterday - 4th August, our geyser stopped working due to this fluctuation, two tube lights and one bulb does not work.

                                  We are really worried as to what other electronic / electrical products will get damaged due to this issue.

                                  Request BESCOM authorities to immediately fix the issue else we will encounter many other issues as explained above.

                                      Bescom is trying to place/install transformer infront of out apartment entrance, specifically A-block entrance. it creates problem for car entry and exit to the A-block and also create huge traffic jam in this road. Request to please stop doing this activity at this place and try to shift this installation to different place which is convenient to BESCOM.
