[27/07, 12:46 PM] Shiva Kumar: There is no power in my house surrounding area since three months. In this regard I have raised the several requests with BESCOM however the issue not resolved.(letter copy attached)

And therefore request to resolve the electricity connectivity issue on priority basis.

      My house electric meter installed by BESCOM is not working, we have given the written letter to "AE" of BESCOM Banaswadi. I requested for Acknowledgement, he denied to give the acknowledgment.
      After 10 days again i went and spoke for replacement of electric meter, he told to speak to "JE". I spoke to "JE" he told there is no stock of new meter and asked me to purchase a new Electric Meter. I told him the electric meter is BESCOM asset and why would a customer buy a electric meter when it is not working.
      He got angry and tore the request letter into pieces, asked me to go and wait until they get any old meter if available.
      I am still waiting for the electric meter to be fixed.
      I feel like, we are still in british era or some other country, why is this BESCOM employees behaving like they run the BESCOM
      Can govt please privatise this and make sure they are accountable for every customer service

        I have recently transferred the electricity meter from the developer to my name,
        RR NO-[protected].,
        The address mentioned is of the property survey number.
        Kindly change it to the below mentioned, which is the same as the above mentioned address which can be verified by the BBMP office.
        FLAT NO 703, TOWER 9, RAINTREE BOULEVARD, OFF BALLARY ROAD, BYATARAYANAPURA, BENGALURU-560092.

                  Hello I’m Ricky Satish from Nisarga layout abbigere Bangalore. I had this issue from a long time where the person who comes to provide with the bill walks into the house premises without any permission and leaves with the gate wide open which has been causing Nuisance from quite a long time now since we have our vehicles parked inside the gate our dogs inside the gate our vehicles are not safe when he leaves them open and even the dogs run out and we have to go looking for them leaving our job. So today when I confronted about it to him he started being all rude and told me to put the whole meter outside the house and started telling me that he will cut the power supply to my home and then I’ll have to go looking for him and beg him to come fix it. This was very rude at his part to talk to one of the customer like this. I hope this gets resolved thank you.

                    We are getting power issue since 15 days back but no one has not rectified the problem, and nirantara jothy line connection was removed from bescom person, now he telling i[censored] want power i will connect 3phase supply only otherwise i can't connect nirantara jothy line .. we have bescom meter and we are paying monthly bill then why he is telling like that ?????

                      Hi, this is Amlan Kumar from Bangalore.
                      Trying to pay the electricity bill for ac no, [protected]. Via bescom but the failed has failed twice.
                      Amount got debited but payment didn't process at all.
                      Need to know when the amount will be credited back since it's not only a blocker for my bill payment but also a severe frustration when you lose money to bureaucrat ###*s with complete inconvenience for the following few days when the money doesn't come back to you in time. Not everybody is born with a silver spoon up their arses so could you kindly check and confirm when the money would be credited to my acc. Since I've paid twice the amount already. And the status still shows that the bill is not paid.

                        Today[protected] sunday around 11am power supply to my house went off
                        during that time all electrical house hold appliances namely 1.led bulb in the kitchen busted 2, from mixer smoke was observed 3.fridge went off.

                        power supply came after half an hour.
                        after power supply was resumed i observed that the MCP trip, MCP was made on and electrical appliances, which were during the power supply failure were not in the working condition.
                        fridge was connected to a stablizer

                        we have to repair and bring back to working condition all the appliances, which will cost money and time.the sheer negliance of BESCOM cost unwnted expenditures.This type of situation should not reoccur.Kindly i request you to give us explaination and as a customer you should advice me to avoid this type of situation.                           Too many tree branches are hanging precariously around 8th Cross, 20th Main, Sahakar Nagar, Bangalore 560092 which can cause big electrical short circuit or damage to transformer & residents as well.
                          The trees and hanging cable & other wires need to be properly pruned and arranged at the earliest.

                                My Electricity bills are very random.. i stay in a rented room as i am student of an engineering college.. i am staying alone for the last 2 months and my previous electricity bill was only rs.71 which is acceptable as i dont use high electricity demand appliances even if i do thats for 5-6 min to make a cup of tea thats it.. Now this months bill came and its a whooping rs.1400 on my face where i was using in the same way like i used last month..1 LED bulb, 1 Fan and 5-6 minutes of induction! If i had a bill amount of rs 200-300 thats acceptable but rs.1400??? Is it a joke ? PLease take a look i ll send u the payment of last month to verify the amount i said and to clear no due was there in that bill so if thats added here with my current months bill. IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE

                                  Nowadays in 2021 June, July, August.. power cut happening regularly for more than half the day everyday without any reason. It rained a little bit and power is not there for whole 2 days. It is as if I am staying in a village, even village condition is better. Even Kolkata supplies 24*7 power supply even during super cyclonic storms. Pathetic and criminal organization BESCOM!!!

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      Meter reading guy have taken out fuse without intimating. UPS and other house equipment will be on. In case if we are going out of station then we would have only switched off main DP switch reason is that we have ups battery which needs charging and Refrigerator to be on. Who is responsible for damages??? Battery is total dead can't be charged all food items and expensive groceries ane dry fruits refrigerator was messy and full of odour.

                                      Is Bescom is going to pay this charges???

                                      Bill payment made on te and before due date.

                                        Our electricity bill payment has been redirected to others bill. The account number as well as the bill number changes to someone else's numbers even after entering the right number. Due to this are not able to pay the bill online. This has 2 times in a even after carefully entering the the right account as well as bill number. Please help.
