Address correction in Electricity Bill

Respected BESCOM Officials,

There is a correction required in my electricity bill. The actual house address is:

Satyadeep Behera,
#7, Royal Palm Enclave, Srinivasapura, Near Sathnur Colony, Bagalur, Bangalore - 562149, Karnataka,

but it has been mentioned as "Site No. 7, Byappana".

Please do the needful to correct the errors ASAP.

There is no power since morning. Why there is power cut everyday in Arekere Samrat Layout? How we should do office work? Is a basic need and government is not able to fulfill the basic needs of the common people. This is shameful to say that the capital city has power shortage issue.

      Hi, Today in our apartment (in New Thippasandra) meter reading person came and by mistake he entered the final reading as 7704 in place of actual 7204 causing the electricity consumption to be 513 units in place of actual 13 units. From last 8 months no-one is there at our apartment (due to COVID), hence the consumption average per month is around 13 units.       We hand over our home electric meter to a person called Kodandapani near my place. We paid him and gave him the meter. we really had a bad time with him, he never responds for call. He took money and meter and never came back. Now its been 3 months since he took it. Please help us with this fraud.

        I have recharged my bescom prepaid meter through bescom Mithra app with upi id of paytm to bescom for billdesk for Rs 1200 but amount deducted from my hdfc bank but the recharge status shows pending and token code hasn't been received. Please refund money or correct it

              My consumer id is [protected]. This month I got a bill amount of 21290. I used to get a bill of 1500 to 2000 monthly. Nobody came for meter reading because of the lock-down. Please do the needful.

                Bill amount is Not reflecting on Amazon,Payzapp atc apps

                Hi Team,

                For quite few months am noticing that my bill due amount is not being fetched on Amazon, payzapp etc app and more over on bescome online site.
                I need to manually enter amount on bescom site and bear convenience (unnecessary) charges upto 120/-

                My flat is vacant for more than a year now due to pandemic and was paying avg ~240 per month but I have received exceptionally high electricity bill for April Month (May bill date) and Bill amount is 2496 which is crazily high. Definitely this is faulty bill and needs correction

                    I received electricity bill from BESCOM for the duration of april 3- may 3. The bill amount is around 750, which otherwise used to be around 250-280. There are no heavy electricity consumption appliances used in the house and I am sure the bill received is faulty

                          I Took temporary connection during my house construction and now converted that to a permanent meter connection. the caution refundable deposit of Rs 30184 was paid initially . After i converted to my permanent connection i was suppose to get full amount refund back however i have received of Rs 14608 as a refund.

                                With due respect, I would like to draw your attention to the No#24 K B Sandra Aditya Nagar and I would like to state that the residents of above-said location are facing fluctuation in electricity which is affecting the electric appliances adversely. This is to state that most of the time voltage keeps on fluctuating and this is causing a problem to everyone. I request you to kindly look into the matter and

                                We have called the BESCOM number and technician visited once and did nothing to fix it . Further calls to BESCOM did not help. No one visited and or tried to fix the issue
