Tree touching to live wire

Address:237 , 3RD MAIN, BRINDAWAN EXTN. AREKERE MICO LAYOUT , BANGALORE , 560076

Dear Sir,
Branches of the Tree from opposite side of the building is touching the live wire .

Pls note that it is very close to the Balcony, where children move around.

Please organise to Prune the branch .

Dear Sir/Madam
In front of Santosh Apartments in 2nd Main Road, Amara Jyothi Layout, Sanjay Nagar, Bangalore, the branches growing are touching High Tension wires quite often causing arcing.
Further, the branches have come down touching even the pedestrians as well as the balcony railing of apartments. During wind/rain there is every chance of human beings getting fatal shocks.
Request prune these branches ASAP.

Bill paid but payment processing status

I paid my April Electricity bill for bill number [protected] via Google pay, transaction UPI ID is[protected] and google Transaction ID CICAgODY8MrFRQ.

It still shows as bill due and the status hasn't updated although my account was debited for the amount....

The electricity bill for the month of March is extremely and unreasonably high. I am pretty sure there is a fault in the meter. On 10th April, 2021 the meter reading showed 17010 and on the 11th April, 2021 the meter reading showed 17015. It is not possible for a 1BHK to consume so much electricity in less than 24 hours. Also, we don’t have appliances like geyser and Ac. I don’t know how come the bill is so much.

Frequent power cuts in Budigere cross

I am a resident of Prestige Tranquility apartment having 2400 flats in budigere cross (Avalahalli sub-division). The electricity disconnection and power fluctuation is so frequent that my 2 appliance are already damaged in 3 months.
