My payment to bescom monthly bill from bescom online services portal https://www.bescom.co.in/SCP/Myhome.aspx was made using billdesk internet banking option, and successfully paid from my SBI bank account.

But I received a "failure" from billdesk as shown in attached screenshot, although my account is debited.

Kindly look into this as bescom a/c still shows bill amount pending.

    This is the most unprofessional behavior that have seen from BESCOM workers. Today is the 2nd consecutive day where there is no power since morning 7 am. In this situation, how much work is hampered.. can you please think on this? We have work from home option but there is no power at home. I have called BESCOM for more than 6 times since today morning and they don't have any updates. Is this how BESCOM works? You need citizen votes, you need Income tax from the citizen but you can't provide basic facility. This is shameful. How many days would it require to fix this issue?

        Hi Sir,
        I live in #49, 11th Main Banashankari 2nd stage, Bangalore-560070 and the street lights in front of my house is not working and this is causing a lot of inconvenience to me as i come at night and the visibility is very poor because the street light is not working.So i humbly request you to get the street lights fixed so that it is more convenient for people who come during night.Please do the needful and oblige.

          Due amount paid on24/11/2020 and today is 14/12/2020
          services disconnected by giving threat that entire building connection will be disconnected, due to corona unable to pay, still i paid even without using a single UNIT
          BESCOM people are least bother after received payment whether service is reconnected or not ?
          I am a INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS EXECUTIVE MEMBER and if i get this type of response from GOVT. agency that horrified about normal consumers condition and i pity on them, GOD knows when These BESCOM people get brain to give proper service

                          To whom so ever it may concern

                          From yesterday I being harassed by Bescom electrician number :[protected] /[protected] and Raju Bescom AE -[protected] and Kishore Bescom section officer AE - [protected]. More than 24hrs dont have power at home. called Bescom helpline 1912 every one hour to check the status and requesting to send someone. No cared to attended. After 15hrs bescom person came and did not do anything. He spoke with ladies esp with me disrespectfully using filthy language. I have been totally harassed by Bescom people from yesterday 21-Nov-2020. I would like to escalate to higher officials, no one care to talk and take the complaint.

                              There is constant low power voltage at my place, We run a borewell for water and it's getting difficult to draw water, on the other hand the appliances in the house too dont have enough power, and are getting bad. Request the relevant authorities to ease look in to this.

                                The street light in front of our house is functioning irregularly from the past 2 months. The light is constantly blinking. It is scary to come out on the roads during night times.

                                      Hi,

                                      The meter reading employee from BESCOM has taking meter reading wrong two months September 2020 and October 2020.

                                      Meter reading for September : 11480 but reading taken as 11521
                                      Meter reading for October : 11595 but reading taken as 11549.

                                      Consumer ID : [protected]
                                      Division : C1

                                      Attached the snapshot of current meter reading is11595 whereas the reading mentioned in bill is 11549.

                                      I have already raised a complaint and still they havent taken any action.

                                      Please take appropriate action on this.
