Dear sir,
Representing the residents of maple meadows in nadagowdagollahalli, kothanur post.
An electical contractor yellappa, fixed the electricity poles by himself after the layout was made and forced the people to pay 5 lakhs by coercion and additional amount payable to the bescom.

After a lot problems, the electricity has been connected by claiming this as an unauthorised layout. But he is now demanding...

electricity fluctuation

Would like to draw your attention towards in my society commanders renaissance has not supplying well electricity during last 6 months. So our society people are facing many problems. So, i request you kindly take action about this situation and solve my problem. I hope you will not disappointed me.

High electricity bill and misguidence

My electricity consumption per month ranges from rs 800 to 1000 and summer bills vary from 1200 to 1700. However, the amount i have been charged for the may is rs 4524 which is exceptionally high.
I went to bescom and enquired about the same and also have made a complaint on the website (Ce 10582159 date 4th june 2020). Office team members asked me to check for building meter and household appliances for any dispute which later i did...

Our payment to bescom monthly bill was made through Google Pay using billdesk internet banking option, and successfully paid from our SBI account.

But we received a "failure" from billdesk as shown in attached picture, but our current a/c has been debited.

Kindly look into this as bescom a/c still shows bill amount pending....

payment done twice a month (july)

At first i paid rs.873 on1st july, 2020 for jun 2- jul 1, 2020 bill but that transaction was failed and money not refunded. Again i paid rs. 1577 for both june & july bill on 7th july, 2020. Today i got to know that mine 1st transaction amount already credited to the bescom. So i paid june's electricity bill twice. Now how i want my refund money back. Street light fixation

I live in 178 4th main 2nd cross viveknagar further extension viveknagar post bangalore 560047, the street light in our road is broken and we are not able to complain in the main website of bescom. We kindly ask you to fix the street light because there is a park in front of the light and people will misuse it foe other purpose...

I have paid the may 2020 bill amount 2677inr on may 25 2020 and the bank/transaction reference number for the same is bdoicg102477[bbps id - "bd01e1743885"]. So this amount is deposited to bescom towards may month bill on may 25 2020. But in the june 2020 bill, this amount is showing as arrears. displaying multiple errors

I had made a payment of rs.1, 314.00 on 9 june 2020 after the online payment due displayed this amount. However, on 10 july 2020, i have received another bill for rs.2027.00 with arrears showing rs.1139.00. I contacted bescom and they reviewed their system and confirmed that i my payment reflects on their system but i need to discuss this issue further with the local subdivision office. I am not sure where this is office is and not comfortable...
