The street light in front of our house is functioning irregularly from the past 2 months. The light is constantly blinking. It is scary to come out on the roads during night times.

    By mistake, I paid electricity bill twice for Acct id: [protected] of amount Rs. 654 each time. So, request you to refund Rs. 654.

      Couple of month back your electrician changed the wire in my meter and since then I have noticed that I am facing fire spark issue on regular basis. my mother is a senior citizen around 75 years and stays alone and she is facing this issue every now and then. I request you to please attend her complaint and fix the issue permanently.

        Hi,

        The meter reading employee from BESCOM has taking meter reading wrong two months September 2020 and October 2020.

        Meter reading for September : 11480 but reading taken as 11521
        Meter reading for October : 11595 but reading taken as 11549.

        Consumer ID : [protected]
        Division : C1

        Attached the snapshot of current meter reading is11595 whereas the reading mentioned in bill is 11549.

        I have already raised a complaint and still they havent taken any action.

        Please take appropriate action on this.

          Hi Sir,

          We are having trouble since the electric pole is in front of the house which is touching the house entering gate.
          We are seeing a high risk due to the electric pole touching the gate and the streetlight attached to it which can be easily touched from the house premises, since we have a kid in house we need to avoid certain circumstances and also we see the pole being short circuited during heavy rain and thunderstorm. So it may be a life threatening risk for us. Kindly help to move the electric pole that is creating a big problem for us.

            Hi,

            We are not currently in the apartment and have all lights and appliances switched off and yet our bill this month was 730 Rs. This is very high from the minimum due bill.

            We cannot log in in the bescom complaint section and the 1912 number is also not working.
            Kindly, look into the matter and provide a resolution earliest.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  One of the street lights in Sir M Vishweshwaraiah Layout, 4th Block, near Aladamara Park is not functional past one week. The street light is for the road with houses of 852, 872, 873, 876, 877, etc. The street light is in front of the house of 852.

                  This street light does not have a switch, we need too manually connect to the LIVE wire by stick every evening to light up the street light. Unfortunately this street light has stopped functioning. It is very scary connecting a LIVE wire during rainy season.

                  I request the concerned authorities to take action and make the street light functional.

                          I am not a kannada domicile.
                          I am flat owner in builder's apartment called Palm Groves on chandapura Anekal Road.
                          My builder cheated me around 6 lacks more.
                          He charged me gst for 2000 monthly maintainance charge.
                          He does not support other community for any kind of maintenance support.
                          So I just hold his 4 month's maintenance amount.
                          Then he disconnected my house electricity from last 20 days.
                          I complaint to bescom AEE chandapura. But no action. Even in chanda pura beacon office one of the pet goon of AEE has threatened me when I given a written complaint to AEE.
                          I paid all the bills. Meter is registered on my name.
                          I am registered owner of my flat.
                          But staying in my flat without electricity. As everyone know saying this to police is dangerous for non kannada, so I am helpless and just waiting for move to my hometown ager paying my lifelong earning to these goons.

                            I see that frequently there are power cuts during day and even in night. Its the same story everyday.
                            Due to covid situation we All are forced to work from home.
                            These power cuts causing great inconvenience to all residents.

                            At current era of Digital India if power cuts continue happening at this stage, we are going backwards.

                                My name is Mujahid I am from Madikehalli post, Kothagere hobli, Kunigal taluk, Tumkur dist. We are having Nirantara jyothi power supplythat should give 24 hours power supply, but there is lot of power cut. In night if small amout of rain comes they cur the power for whole night and no one responding even at evening rain comes there wont be a power for whole night and they will come at after noon in the next day to repair. This the problem we are facing.

                                      Keb has disconnected the electricity in our area from morning 10am till evening 6.30pm without any intimation. When we question them why sudden power cut they say it was put in some newspaper. There was no mention about it in times of india newspaper dated 7th october 2020. Our office work and online classes are all disrupted because of this. How can government take a decision on their own and disconnect power troubling the common man who is working from home. Will keb compensate our one day tasks?? At you own wish you say it was scheduled at 5.30 now increased to 6.30. Who will bear the loss that we faced. No water because of electricity cut. Useless keb.

What was the hurry in completing your owrk and hampering work of 1000s of people who are working from home. All irresponsible people who are not bothered what will happen to common man. You just decide what you want to do. Why could you no do it on a weekend? Because you people don't want to work on weekend you are ready to spoil common man's work.

                                        In 8th main, gururaja layout, banashankari 3rd stage, near devegowda petrol pump, we have a missing pole at the corner of 8th main/3rd street. Two years ago bescom team made a pit for laying the pole, but then did not lay the pole and light. When asked, bescom officer at devegowda petrol pump office, said we need to pay 15000/- for the light as soon as he recognised the street/junction. this is clearly a pole in record books/ but missing in reality. I request the concerned officer to take action and install the pole.
