electricity bill june 2020

I received current month electricity bill from bescom stating that i need to pay rs 10, 634 towards manual audit short claim!!! For month 01st june 2020 – 01 july 2020.

The bill is for rs 552.95 based on meter. There was a credit of rs 3534 on my account. The net due is shown as rs. 7, 693.

I am unable to understand why this is charged.

The apartment was vacant since nov 2018 to feb 2020. It...

temp to permanent power

excess billing in april and may

The billing for the month of april and may have been exaggerated and there is no justification for the same. The usage as calculated in units has been similar to previous months before the lockdown. If proven otherwise i will consider legal action if this issue is not rectified...

Incorrect metre reading taken

Excess bill amount

Hello,
My account id [protected].
In may and june month my bill amount respectively rs.1823 and rs.1425.
In my home, there is no motors and refrigerator, but the electricity bill amount was high and not acceptable.
I need a proper reason for this....

Excess billing for may june 2020

no power since morning 9am

We are not having power since morning 9am. Could someone please look into the issue and resolve it asap.
We do have our office work to be done., all these are getting affected by the power cut.

very high billing

Sir my rr noaeeh20223 consumer no. [protected]. It is surprised to see today bill of rs. 3221/- for rs. 3221/- the reading for two months i. E for april & may 2020 is 3643 and june 2020 is billed as 3900 instead of 3680 which is checked immediately after the bill reader has left the place. Since some is staying in the above premises from march end till today (12.06.2020). By oversight the meter reader has seen the nos. Wrongly by billing extra...

incorrect monthly bill

Hi,

I live in hsr layout and bescom has charged 3 times the bill this month..

I visited their office as well and the je response was that you have to pay it..

My house bill is rs.3500 approx every month but may month's bill is rs.9000..

This is clearly scamming the consumers.. Please do something about it.. Everyone working in bpo/mnc companies are getting 10-20% less salary.....

I created fast track name change request on may 22nd 2020 from bescom online portal and the request number is [protected]. Even after calling helpline there is no update on resolution of the request. The request was closed but there was no communication and also any update on what change was made or what action i have to take or anything missing from my end. There was no updates and helpine team is not at all useful as they have just forwarded...

Due to covid-19, bescom didn't provided the monthly power bill for april'20, but as usual i received reminder through sms from bescom, & i have done the online payment for the month of april'20.
Last week i received the bill for inr 4674/- where as my monthly boll never crossed inr 1500/-, in the bill they have deducted the payment what i have made last month of inr1463/- & mentioned to pay inr 3212/-., today i vised bescom office...

My home electricity bill for the month of may is higher than the usual, in fact 5 times higher than the usual. Where i used to get a bill of average 800/- to 900/-, the bill for this months states 6000/-. It is complete harassment, even if the calculations done on an average as it does not justify the billing. I'm not obliged to pay this bill until clarified and calculated as per the right reading. Expecting a quick response....
