      This is regarding street lamps in fruit street, shivaji nagar...
      The lamps though working fine, but the live wire lines connecting them are broken and are about to breakdown but are gaining support only by the adjacent lines, and due to this the wires are creating sparks!! I did call bescom but they were hesitant to help and replied to called the bbmp authorities, what kinda negligence is this??, people and children are in risk because of this, please fix this issue quick.

        There is frequent power cut since one week in our area. The electricity bill comes upto 2000 without getting power. Why? I am not able to do my office work due to power cut. When i call bescom, they lodge a complaint and there will be no solution for the power cut. I am calling them daily but not getting my issue resolved. Within 30 minutes, there was power cut for more than 4 times. Government want vote from us but they dont provide basic facility. I am not paying the electricity bill if this continues. Please take this on priority and get this issue fixed.

            Dear sir,
            Inspired of my complaint dated 06/07/2020 send by registered post to see, e8 subdivision, banaswadi, send by registered post, your meter reader made the same mistake by adding extra 37 units by which exceed the next stage and higher amount.
            Kindly advice your meter reader, not to commit the same mistake to avoid unnecessary complaints.
            Please re transmit the bill duly corrected.

              For the last two months, average power disconnection in a day is 5 times and some times it will be 8-10 times. Frequency of power disconnection is within 10 minutes 3-4 times. This kind of disruption is neither productive nor effective.

                This meter reading has been wrongly entered by the person. The meter is showing 12250.6 but wrongly/incorrectly entered as 12882.
                Hence, the bill is incorrect, since june 2020.

                The incorrect reading took place in june 2020 month. We have informed the bescom person in this regard, and was told that it will be checked and corrected.

                Hence, requesting you to please correct the reading in the bill asap.

                Kindly re-issue the correct bill next month, with the correct usage/reading. We have not used electricity for the several months. Hence, reading shown should be least minimum. You can check the bill history.

                  Dear sir,
                  Representing the residents of maple meadows in nadagowdagollahalli, kothanur post.
                  An electical contractor yellappa, fixed the electricity poles by himself after the layout was made and forced the people to pay 5 lakhs by coercion and additional amount payable to the bescom.

                  After a lot problems, the electricity has been connected by claiming this as an unauthorised layout. But he is now demanding more money to submit the temporary connection and issue rr number.

                  We visited the doddagubbi bescom office and informed them about the situation. They are not cooperating and supporting the contractor.

                  It has been informed that the office has to accept our temporary meters and issue rr number, irrespective of whether the original file is there or not.

                  When we visited the doddagubbi bescom office, the junior engineer threatened us saying that we should not come to the office without the file. He spoke rashly to us and said he will take action against us. I wondered how could a government official speak to customers like this? Instead of helping us, he is supporting such contractors who are looters and unethical people.

                  I hope this email reaches the right department and they look into this issue and also take action against the respective officials.

                    I have received bill for three months from 03.07.2020 till 03.09.2020 for an amount of rs.1849/-. Even though i have paid bill amount for earlier dues for which the electricity bills has been received earlier. The details are as under:

                    I have not in teh home for more than 17 days during august, how can it come thrice the amount of normal bill which usually comes.

                        Our payment to bescom monthly bill was made through Google Pay using billdesk internet banking option, and successfully paid from our SBI account.

                        But we received a "failure" from billdesk as shown in attached picture, but our current a/c has been debited.

                        Kindly look into this as bescom a/c still shows bill amount pending.

                          We have received the Revised Service Tax notice for an amount of Rs.42530.00 on[protected] for the RR.nos. MS7EEHK9359 to MS7EEHK9431, for this we made the payment on[protected] without verifying the RR number mentioned in the notice.

                          Upon verifying the RR numbers, we came to know that none of the RR numbers mentioned in the notice belongs to us.

                                I created fast track name change request on aug 2 2020 from bescom online portal and the request number is [protected]. I had visited twice bescom office and officer was not there and said to come next day. I saw the request was closed but there was no communication and also any update on what change was made or what action i have to take or anything missing from my end. There was no updates and helpline team is not at all useful as they have just forwarded my request to other ids like [protected]@bescom.co.in and [protected]@kescom.org where no one from that has responded. Nearly 3 to 4 emails sent but still no response.

                                Even after visting bescom for asking why it is closed they say useless reasons and they say you should approach us via contractor and even after paying idemntity charges they tell you bring by your own and some contractor service agreement and all.

                                There is no meaning of having fast track when the process is not working. I have paid the amount of 618/- so i would request for refund.

                                Please improve the process of communication the requestor for smooth operation.in this era of technology and internet we still don't have good online process then its really sad.

                                      At first i paid rs.873 on1st july, 2020 for jun 2- jul 1, 2020 bill but that transaction was failed and money not refunded. Again i paid rs. 1577 for both june & july bill on 7th july, 2020. Today i got to know that mine 1st transaction amount already credited to the bescom. So i paid june's electricity bill twice. Now how i want my refund money back. Please check this problem and let me know. Thank you

                                        I live in 178 4th main 2nd cross viveknagar further extension viveknagar post bangalore 560047, the street light in our road is broken and we are not able to complain in the main website of bescom. We kindly ask you to fix the street light because there is a park in front of the light and people will misuse it foe other purpose
