I have paid the may 2020 bill amount 2677inr on may 25 2020 and the bank/transaction reference number for the same is bdoicg102477[bbps id - "bd01e1743885"]. So this amount is deposited to bescom towards may month bill on may 25 2020. But in the june 2020 bill, this amount is showing as arrears. After so many follow up bescom accepted that they have received the amount when npci team done investigation. Upon follow up officer with name "savitha priyadarshini g officer, bbps section," confirms that she has done the refund of that transaction but i have not received any refund amount on my credit card. Upon asking refund transaction details, she is unable to produce the details. So by looking this, i came to conclusion that bescom has done some fraud with this transaction otherwise my online bill payment would credited to my electricity account or amount should have refunded back to my credit card account. But nothing as happened. Bescom agm opc silent on this issue and not taking any action against this gross misconduct. This is mental harassment to me as i have to spend so much time to follow-up on this. So i am raising this complaint in order to take action against bescom.

    I had made a payment of rs.1, 314.00 on 9 june 2020 after the online payment due displayed this amount. However, on 10 july 2020, i have received another bill for rs.2027.00 with arrears showing rs.1139.00. I contacted bescom and they reviewed their system and confirmed that i my payment reflects on their system but i need to discuss this issue further with the local subdivision office. I am not sure where this is office is and not comfortable going to the office during this time. All numbers provided online are not working. The bescom online website has been coming up as page not found.

        Pls note that as against my Bescom consumer id 410864 vide bill amounting Rs 1209 I have made payment in cash on 18th June 2020 and thru Paytm on 24th June 2020.

          Unable to make any payment or access any helpline in bescom services online past two days 15th and 16th july. There is no text available for code now. Yesterday text code to copy was not registering.
          Please help as even message from my registered phone to helpline has failed.
          Kindly address the issue and check the website.

            Our payment to bescom monthly bill from bescom was made using billdesk internet banking option, and successfully paid from our canara bank account.

            But we received a "failure" from billdesk as shown in attached picture, but our current a/c has been debited.

            Kindly look into this as bescom a/c still shows bill amount pending

                    I received current month electricity bill from bescom stating that i need to pay rs 10, 634 towards manual audit short claim!!! For month 01st june 2020 – 01 july 2020.

                    The bill is for rs 552.95 based on meter. There was a credit of rs 3534 on my account. The net due is shown as rs. 7, 693.

                    I am unable to understand why this is charged.

                    The apartment was vacant since nov 2018 to feb 2020. It was leased to an expat on mar 1st, 2020. He stayed in the apartment until apl 20th, 2020. During that period the bill was rs. 14, 331 and that was duly paid. Then he left to united kingdom (Uk) due to corona lockdown on apl 20th, 2020 and he is still in uk. It is vacant since then.

                    I just do not understand the reason for this amount in the bill.

                    The disconnection due date is 30th july 2020.. Request you to help me in resolving the issue.

                          The billing for the month of april and may have been exaggerated and there is no justification for the same. The usage as calculated in units has been similar to previous months before the lockdown. If proven otherwise i will consider legal action if this issue is not rectified

                                      Sir my rr noaeeh20223 consumer no. [protected]. It is surprised to see today bill of rs. 3221/- for rs. 3221/- the reading for two months i. E for april & may 2020 is 3643 and june 2020 is billed as 3900 instead of 3680 which is checked immediately after the bill reader has left the place. Since some is staying in the above premises from march end till today (12.06.2020). By oversight the meter reader has seen the nos. Wrongly by billing extra 300 units
                                      Hence it is requested to calculate the correct billing or depute your meter reader once again for rechecking the reading and issuance of fresh correct bill.

                                        I live in hsr layout and bescom has charged 3 times the bill this month..

                                        I visited their office as well and the je response was that you have to pay it..

                                        My house bill is rs.3500 approx every month but may month's bill is rs.9000..

                                        This is clearly scamming the consumers.. Please do something about it.. Everyone working in bpo/mnc companies are getting 10-20% less salary.. How will i pay the bill this month..

                                        Hope this matter will be resolved soon
