This is with regard to A/C id : [protected] under the name of Carlton Rozario. We have paid December bill of 1131.00 and now got a bill of 11, 131.00 Rs as manual short audit claim . Kindly check and let me know why its accumulated to this amount and whats the reason for the same.

Govt trying to give good service to public. Not for contractor. Fast track service only for contractor not for public service very worst. Its a shame that even in this modern era, there has been unscheduled load shedding and that too without prior intimation to consumers. There is no accountability as telephone keeps ringing but none to answet. This shows the callous attitude of bescom employees. They just don' t care of consumer sufferings. Shame on them.

Opposite my apartment there is a current pole which is giving lot of sparks and continuously producing lot of sounds (24 x 7). I am mainly worried about safety (What uf it blasts). I have complained in whatsapp, no action taken. Called 1912, it never connected. Spoke to ae, no action taken... Dont know whom to complain...

Last month when it rained heavily, parts of a tree outside my home needed to be chopped to make room for the electrical lines on our street. The debris or leftover parts of said tree was left lying on the side of the road. I stay in a 3 BHK flat near AXA Building (BTM 1st Stage) name- Comfort Palace.
My bill comes around 1400/- approximately for 194 units.
We are 3 working people living here which means we are hardly stay home to use electricity.
We have 5 lights, 1 ridge, and 3 fans, no other electronic equipment. Please help me resolving the issue.

I had setup Autopay of my Electricity bill every month on my HDFC credit card [protected] but since it was not paid automatically last month in August 2018, I made payment through Paytm on August 18th but again automatically the amount of 1792Rs got debited from Credit card as well on August so that bill got paid twice and I was expecting the amount to be adjusted in this months bill but there was no adjustment done and I got bill for...

Rr no sh40102, bill no[protected] shows amount to be paid rs 4311/ including arrears of rs 1978/. Why this arrears? Bill amount is being regularly paid through karnataka bank, 9th block jayanagar for a decade or more.
