We had to pay rs 388 last month's current bill, we pay online every month. This month we forgot to pay unfortunately so without even informing or warning they have taken away the fuse along with them. Just for one month bill not paid? I am at home and without even informing they have taken away fuse, they could have atleast approached to my house before taking it. Whole day we are at home without power. I realised later and paid online, if they would have approached me morning before taking it with them, i would have paid at that moment only. It's been 8hours without power, we had also contacted customer care today morning, but still no response no fuse till now? Is this the way we are treated? Without even any warnings or notification people just take off fuse along with them just for a month bill? That too 388rs? You think we do it wantedly? When we live in this place bangalore and would it be difficult for us to pay just 388? Thing is we forgot to pay so whole day no fuse? Is it fair? Am at home with health issues and no power from 8 hours! Please help us out

    I am staying in mahadevapura, shiva ganga layout (Besides more mega store. Almost every day, power goes off here for 2-3 hour. People are vacating this area due to lack of reliable power supply. We are struggling every day for water and other house hold activities without power. Could some one take action???. Where i can contac bescom for direct communication.

      Everyware will have power cut that's natural but in mahadevapura maheswaramma nagar there won't be any timings. Power won't be there for hours and even night time. Continuous power cut in a day they will give for 10 mins power cut will be 50mins it will be happen multiple times in a day. Its ridiculous thing. Its really shame on electricity department.

        Since nov 18, 2017 we are not able to run our borewell motor as the voltage is only 350v and due to this a couple of houses are also facing the issue. When complained about this, they told they will look into it resolve asap. But the responsible person sampangi is least bothered and is not even responding to our calls. Is there any one to whom this issue can be escalated as the problem seems to very serious.

            I sir/madam i paid the bescom bill amount online through debit card. I made the payment for three bills, but the problem is that i made the payment for same bill twice. The amount has been detected twice from my account.

Then again on november 08 through hdfc smartpay amounting ₹204. Please advise and keep me informed when it is refunded. Refunding any amount either 204 or 206 is fine. Thanks in advance.

                Hello bescom management,

                I need to bring your kind notice regarding how helpline 1912 customer care associates receive customer and register customer complaint

                Today i have called helpline number 1912 4times
                1) 4:19 am
                2) 4:21 am
                3) 4:22 am and
                4) 4:23 am,

                3 times call disconnected without taking my complaint and they will receive call and they will keep on hold, then they will disconnect without taking complaint

                I need to inform bescom management regarding 4 points

                1) associates will not speak properly, night time they always sleep and team leaders also waste, even they will full sleep condition while speaking to customers???

                2) very bad team leader working in helpline 1912 (He is very rude when i was in call today with him)

                3) i don't know whether they will do quality check will be done from your end or not???

                4) there is frequent power cuts in my area of k mallasandra, hoskote bangalore every day and whole night there is no power and
                No one takes action and even responds to the customer care numbers very poor service and very bad response

                5) very worst or bad service customer care and team leaders

                Will bescom management will take action or not??? About these kind of service giving to customer?

                As I recharged yesterday for temporary connection in yelhanka branch and my house almost running on SOLAR. Before it's consumed 300 rs for week. But today its consumed 400 in one day. Seriously I am shocked. How come its consumed 400 in one day as my home running on SOLAR.

                Where it's consumed. Can you give the details on this as we have 3 kilo watts meter

                  i have got the bill for the year 2012, June, July & August an amount of Rs. 2, 315/- how can any company bill the consumer after 5 years. when do not make the payment for 1 month BESCOM sends there agents and disconnect the service with out any notification. how is possible for BSCOM to wait for 5 years and bill consumer for the arrears of past 5 years ago, This is such and disgrace. as consumer i am not happy about it

                    Hi this is levin, residing in #2877, shanthi priya layout, dc halli road, behind begur high school, begur. There’s a lot of power cuts in my area and i can’t even sleep in nights. Right now there’s no electricity and my laptop also goes off. Every time it rains there’s a powercut and it never comes back until morning. I came to bangalore with higher expectations but this is just too worse.

                      First i have paid manually 683 rs on 12sep2017 and then again it was inadvertantly paid683 rs through my credit card smart pay facility on 14sep2017. So it was paid repeatadly.
                      Kindly refund my second paid amount.

                          I received a bill of 363 units extra than the actual reading,
                          Actually Previous reading 8526 and the present suppose to be 8768 = 242Units (Actual Usage) Instead Meter reader made a mistake of Previous 8526 and present 9131 = 605 Units(wrong and 363 Units Extra). Request you to visit the spot to check the mistake and issue a corrected bill to make the payment before due date.

                            Hi,

                            We are from Kattigenahalli, Yelahanka, Bangalore. Usually we are facing power shortage issue. Daily there will be one issue in the lane. Other than this lane all lane have continuous power supply. At times power won't be there for whole day. This is a regular concern and we need proper assistance on this.

                            Morning and Evening time voltage will be less each and every day.

                              Upon inspection, found out an entry in the bill manual audit short claim 1458.00.

                              We are very poor people please dont make us pay so much in the name of electricity.
                              We have always paid bill on time. Despite that this extra charge is unforeseen and unethical. Please revert this change bescom....

                                Hello Bescom Management,

                                There are frequent power cuts in my area of K Mallasandra, HOSKOTE BANGALORE every day and 13th Aug 2017 Whole night there is no power and
                                no one takes action and even responds to the customer care numbers Very poor service and very bad response

                                1) Many times they will cut the phones not responding to customer query
                                2) Customer care associate when they receive calls also but they will keep call on HOLD More than 5 Mnts and they don't speak properly also
                                3) Bescom team leader are Mr.Pradeep and Mr. Guruprasad when we inform to them, regarding call disconnect and not response properly
                                team leader will confirm that will take action but finally (ZERO) response
                                4)Aug 13th Night i called bescom helpline 1912 more than 10 times their is no USE
                                5) Finally customer care associates they don't how to receive call and what are things needs to
                                ask customer when they want to register complaint, they need training as per my knowledge

                                6) Please check from this number [protected] how many dockets as register in last 15 days

                                7) Aug 13th Dockets i have mentioned AHK1BXJL94, AHK1BXJL79 AND AHK1BXJL53

                                8) Mr. Murali AE ([protected]) very bad, i don't think he is working in bescom ?? completely watse person ..

                                from BESCOM but the monthly charges are more when compared to other states.
                                How is it even possible to charge the customers that heavily when they can't even provide proper power supply.
                                There is not even one day without power cut for less than 3 hours.

                                    I am calling bescom help line daily 3 to 4 times to track why power cut and when i will be getting power again.

                                    I complained to representative, managers and leads and given more than 100 complaints, till now there is no result about it.

                                    Its with frustration that i have to hunt for a complaint site to post this message.
                                    I have an aged grandma at home with critical health conditions.
                                    -no electricity from 11am in the morning
                                    -raised a complaint at 10:00pm
                                    -reminded the (1912) team at 10:30pm
                                    -even called up the engineer they said line issues getting it repaired.
                                    -again called up at 12:30am no update
                                    -at 2:30 my last resort of inverter drains out i call up 1912 asking to give the responsible engineers number also seeing that i have electricity in other houses leaving out mine.
                                    -engineer named srinivas acts very rudely no respect of woman or respect for conversation he is unable to understand my helpless situation even by me telling my grandma medical condition. Giving a justification that he can check by 5 in the morning.
                                    -i call back to 1912 for an higher escalation against srinivas still in vain and no response from the bescom team yet.

                                    I need a response for this:
                                    1) as per rules there would not be rather should not be power cut for more that 12 hours
                                    2) when i have raised a complaint why is the issue closed without contacting or confirming if there is electricity at my place which used to be followed
                                    3) will bescom take responsibility for my grandmother's health.
                                    4) i need the highest management contact to have this complaint taken and i would also want to write a complaint against srinivas.
                                    5) i am not sure when will the electricity come.
