Its with frustration that i have to hunt for a complaint site to post this message.
I have an aged grandma at home with critical health conditions.
-no electricity from 11am in the morning
-raised a complaint at 10:00pm
-reminded the (1912) team at 10:30pm
-even called up the engineer they said line issues getting it repaired.
-again called up at 12:30am no update
-at 2:30 my last resort of inverter drains out i call up 1912 asking to give the responsible engineers number also seeing that i have electricity in other houses leaving out mine.
-engineer named srinivas acts very rudely no respect of woman or respect for conversation he is unable to understand my helpless situation even by me telling my grandma medical condition. Giving a justification that he can check by 5 in the morning.
-i call back to 1912 for an higher escalation against srinivas still in vain and no response from the bescom team yet.

I need a response for this:
1) as per rules there would not be rather should not be power cut for more that 12 hours
2) when i have raised a complaint why is the issue closed without contacting or confirming if there is electricity at my place which used to be followed
3) will bescom take responsibility for my grandmother's health.
4) i need the highest management contact to have this complaint taken and i would also want to write a complaint against srinivas.
5) i am not sure when will the electricity come.

    We got the number of the guy Bescom Dore Je but when we called him he refused to come for reconnection and told that he does not fear court proceedings as well. Its already been more than 24 hours and its very difficult to continue like this without power. Please take appropriate action against this guy.

            My rr number is 7msmeh22058. The bescom bill for may usage as per reading taken on 4-6-17 is 5477 kwhrs with the last reading bill cycle as 5280 kwhrs and hence the bill is raised for 197 units coming up to rs 1297/-.
            I notice that the reading taken by the meter reader on 4-6-17 is wrong and he has adhoc entered the reading. I note the reading in the meter on 8-6-17 at 10-30 am is only 5391 kwhrs only and hence the correct bill to be raised has to be less than 111 kwhrs which may cost less.
            Please arrange to visit the installation by the meter reader immediately for raising a correct bill so as to enable me to pay my correct tariff. I am not paying the wrong bill as the extra units come in the higher slab leading to loss for me. Please take immediate corrective action. L

              Issue has been resolved
              The pole in the picture attached (highlighted in red circle) is in middle of showroom (highlighted in green) which is creating inconvenience for Marble loading into trucks. Also, putting safety at risk.
              Request to please shift the pole at either side of showroom.
              RK Apt. Block 10 regular problem with transformer...it bursts and then no power...please look for proper maintenance and street light is not there in 3rd cross. For safety purpose street light in 3rd cross RK 10b needs to b installed.

                We don't have electricity at our place from last one and half hour. I called bescom two times but still now problem not resolved. The man who recieved my call at bescom office noted my complaint but just told me no updates when i asked him uptil when problem will be resolved. Kindly look into the issue soon as i am not getting appropriate reply from bescom representatives. Name of my apartment is bilden's meadows. Dr. Ambedkar road. Area is new thippasandra post.                     Additional transformer and electrical pole are planned to be placed near to our apartment (Within in 3feet radius). 300 people reside in and around 20 meter radius. Placing another transformer would be dangerous as well as causing hindrance to our living. 11kb transformer already been installed near our apartment and that is also just 3 feet radius. Hence i kindly request to direct the appropriate authorities to place the transformer as per norms.

                      In channasandra, there is a continues power cut everyday around more then 10times per day and in weekend more than 10hrs of powercut by bescom and no body is picking phones and they are turchering people.. If this continue... We will definitely raise our voice in humanrights where we are paying our electricy bill on time but bescom have his monopoly in this area about providing the electricity..

                        I am a consumer to bescom ref :s10h9587. When there s power breakdown after waiting for a reasonale time & if i contact bescom non of the officlas in my jusrisdiction are available to speak with and report the matter. Right from asst engineer up to the lowest rank i recive nil reponse either not attending to calls or hear a recorded voice "busy" or switched off. Even repeat attempts the status is so. Dihgusted and frustrated when we call 1912 the situation is not any better calls go to blank. Whats app is not at al seen. If this kind of status perisists for hrs together one feels very disguesting. How can every one will be so irresponsible. For this kind of attitude the customers has to pay bill on time to recieve this courtesy?

                            Low voltage in the area

                            Our locality has been facing a low voltage issue for the past few months. Bescom was supposed to install an extra transformer but there is no news of it. The voltage reading on the meter fluctuates between 140 to 150 volts which is way below the required optimum voltage. The existing transformer keeps failing and needs to be replaced every now and then which is causing more inconvenience to people. A month back, the transformer failed and...

                            I live in Sekhar Hyde park apartment, near immadahalli circle, whitefield Bangalore-560066 and 2 out of the 3 street lights are not working and this is causing a lot of inconvenience to us who is staying in Sekhar Hyde park apartment. we come at night and the visibility is very poor because the street light is not working.So i humbly request you to get the street lights fixed so that it is more convenient for people who come during night.Please do the needful and oblige.

                              Yesterday someone suddenly called me when I posted the complaint and asked me my customer id, then that guy suddenly logged into hdfc net banking and tried to change my pin/password when i received the message he asked tme to tell the otp, then suddenly I realized someone is trying cheat me.

                              How I can I share my customer id and account no.
                              No power supply in laggere, chowdeshwarinagar, if single drop falls immediately currents goes off, poor current supply, not comes with in 1 day
                              Frequent power cuts in Konanakunte for almost 4 hours everyday from last 2 weeks, which causes great impact on my work and general public. If they power cuts were scheduled and the general public were informed prior to the power cut by means of personal message etc would be really helpful. Hope the issue gets resolved at the earliest.

                                From Sunday 30th April there is high voltage in our building and in our neighbouring houses we contacted besceom they came on sunday and told there is no problem in our meter and asked to get it checked by an electrician. The electrician says problem in the pole. Again today bescom people attended but of no use. It is 270 volts Kindly attend to it at the earliest we are unable to use any electrical appliances.

                                  Every time it rains power is switched off for several hours at Bilekahalli, Vijaya bank layout, Arekere area in Banneraghatta road Bangalore. this is happening since last 2 years & BESCOM has exhibited the ultimate inefficiency in maintaining equipment, cutting tree branches. whenever it rains it is 100% sure to lead in to power outage for several hours. The central complaint no 1912 is always engaged because some irresponsible Bescom staff keeps the reciever off the line...BESCOM qualifies for the award of worst ever service level by a Govt agency. Power minster DK Shivakumar talks big, but does nothing about this issue...pathetic...

                                      Daily there is power cut for minimum 5Hours.if you call on toll free number or send normal sms, WhatsApp or email them, there is no response.
                                      It feels like a village at 6th cross, Nisarga layout, Karthik nagar.when i told the customer care executive that i will complain, he said confidently go and complain.this is the attitude they have.On 5th April, there was a power cut from 3pm till 6th April .And if its saturday or sunday, there are power cuts for 8hours.People in Bescom customer care don\'t pick up the call or reply over sms on [protected].
