I found their number as authorised sony service centre from just dial and when i called them they confirmed that they were authorised sony service centre. Their numbers are[protected]/65113388/[protected]/[protected]. They charged me 13 k (Thirteen thousand) for spare parts repair and rs.375 as visiting charges on 19th july 2016. Repaired my sony tv however within 2 days my tv is spoilt and not working at all. I am following with them from last one week but they are not attending to my complaint. There are stupid people who attend the calls (Arti, brijesh etc etc) ask strange questions like which engineer had come to your home and attended my tv, then next day they ask me the complaint no which they had never provided after so many arguments. Their answers were they don’t have time to check their records by date/customer name/phone no. The company name written on the bill is "customer support center" address is bungalow no 95b, kamgar nagar, tilak nagar station road, kurla - east mumbai24, the owner is rajiv goshwami as it was mentioned in one of the site and confirm from arti, the staff on phone. My biggest complaint is that they misrepresented themselves as authorised service centre for sony. If i would know that they are not authorised then could have saved my tv by not contacting them. Pathetic people and horrible service…its responsibility of just dial and other details provider to check the authenticity of details provided. Pls do not give your any electronic items for repair to such fraud companies who loots public money and never turned up.

    Paid 66 % amount for the allotment of a plot which was even allotted on paper receipts but in actual there was no such project approved. I am waiting since 2013 for final possession and registration but came to know that it is all fraud since there is no such project approved and land acquired. The plot was allotted from company M/S Paras Homes but company name and address was changed without any intimation. I have written so many letters and even mails but there is absolutely no response. So it is a clear fraud.

      My average bill is around rs.200 every month as i don't posses or use any heavy electrical appliances. But for this month (July 10 to aug 10) i have received bill of rs600+. Which is clearly 3 times of my usual bill.

      I raised a complain in bescom's site 7 days back, but whenever i call and enquire, an executive says next day i will get a call regarding this but none of the times i got a call from any bescom executive

        Dear sir, yesterday night 2am the current in electronic city phase2 went off. Now it's 10.30pm the next day till now no news.. No electricity. This place roads are muddy and are unplain. I fractured my leg bcz it's just too dark here. I again fell down in the stair case. No charge in phone to call anyone for help. Please consider this matter as a serious concern and ask them to fix the electricity as soon as they can. I had to walk far and charge my phone in a shop. People here have their small restaurants closed. No business for them tonight. I would request you to please take action against bescom

              Its been two months i havent got my bill issue resolved.
              I paid my bill through paytm and it was successful from paytm and they gave me a reference number too. But some reason it didnt reflect in my next cycle.

              I tried contacting the customer care of bescom, agent told me that it got cancelled from his end. So i again went back to paytm. They checked it and it was just fine and went through to bescom account successfully.

              Then again i contacted bescom, agent gave me one contact number and tried calling him he redirected me to another deperated. I sent a mail to all the email ids i found from the internet. Still no resolution for that.

                Dear sir\ madam

                We are facing serious issue from bescom kengari w7 sine 1 year we are behind them to resolving issue no higher officers taking the issue seriously,

                Our rr number is (W7eh29404) (Account id [protected])

                1 problem started date[protected] first bill
                (Interest on revenue 12/- extra on bill) total bill was 3507/- we paid

                2next bill interest on revenue 2054/- total bill was 5165/- they said they will resolve the issue we need to pay full with interest on revenue they will refund after it is solved

                3 as interest on revenue raises even bill amount raises, so till date bill amount is coming around

                (Interest on revenue coming around 15, 000/- bill amount have raised to 15, 000/- total 30, 000/- who will pay now???

                Till date its not solved even paying bills before bill date still we are getting extra column like interest on revenue, they said we have raised complaint with infosys, they have not responded from 1 year what to do they asking us? What public should do? I really don't know we paid as they said we will refund if there no issue.. Same as next 3-4 months we paid up to 15, 000\- extra later they raised complaint refunded 10, 000\- another 4500\- is pending with bescom they have made it clear in written letter.

                Later after 1 month same thing asking as us to pay additional money because problem with the software people infosys who is handling this..
                Even after so much of reminder they have not even reply bescom people they said, later we started complaining all officers no respond, written letter facebook, bescom complaint called and complaint no respond

                Just they will say we will resolve no issue just co operate, now what has happen bill we were paying[protected] have crossed 30, 000 every month we seriously cant pay now we are unable to pay. If we don't get our problem solved even here we need to go to media tv9'

                Even treat us like human being we are helpless with this situation, please for god sake help us. We are already down paying 30, 000/- every month dream for us.

                What we earn wont reach bescom bill they are asking, if i earn 10, 000 every month how can i pay 30, 000 bill they are asking to pay. Asking to pay so much is illegal

                My final words i will drink poison in front of bescom office in front of media if my problem is not solved (Is there any good people to help me please do call my number[protected] date :13/05/2016

                    The BESCOM is cutting electricity in every day 2 to 3 times with 1 hour break.

                    The people here paid for the service, is not been getting the actual service.

                      I have made several complaints regarding low voltage at my home. Technicians have attended the issue, but have stated that it can be resolved at the moment because the transformer capacity isnt good enough to power the required load.                         I would like to attract your attention to area arekere where we are facing the severe power cut of 6 to 7 hours each day.
                        These power cut timings are also very odd, it can start in midnight or very early morning which will ruin you whole next day since you will not get proper sleep.
                        Also if we want to do some office work from home that's also not working coz you will get multiple small power cut occurre whole day.
                        Please take appropriate action and do respond to my concern.

                          Dear Sirs,
                          I am writing as a subscriber for your electricity service to enquire (and complain) about why we have so many power cuts in Nobonagar. In one week every single evening between 7 and 9pm I had to cook dinner and eat it in the dark with a candle, and each morning also there was a cut for around one hour after 8.30 am.
                          So this week I decided to monitor the cuts and was surprised to find the following:
                          Tuesday March 15th: 8.40-9.30 am, 6-6.40 pm, 7.40 to 8.30 pm.
                          Wed March 16th: 9.40 -10 am and 9-9.30pm
                          Thursday I forgot to write it down.
                          Today was a record: 9-9.40, 10.20-11 am, 12.30-1.45, and 2.35 to 2.45.
                          CAN YOU EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT KIND OF SERVICE THIS IS??????
                          WHY do you keep turning the power on and off.?
                          My piano classes get interrupted, my fridge keeps melting and refreezing, and sometimes I lose an entire piece of work on the internet as I never ever know when another random sudden unexplained power cut will come. Please could you supply a timetable of needed (for repairs or whatever) cuts IN ADVANCE and follow the plan?
                          I am sending a copy of this to I change my city, as I am not confident you will even acknowledge my email, though I hope you will.

                            Its not fair increasing the charges in electricity Bill for each house inside a 30*40 measurement site as Borewell occurance charges.

                            In case if the charges were for a site per Borewell is a valid.

                            Condemn the irregular charges apply. Not all site owners are LandLords !!!

                              Recently i paid the bescom bill in the nandi durga road p.o. and the clerk had given the receipt of the monthly current bill showing it as Addl Security deposit in the purpose head of the Receipt instead of the Revenue by the post office receiving counter. for the Jan 2016 . Today 4th Feb 2016 I received the current months bill where the previous months bill amount has also appeared as ARREARS. The same was noticed and was briefed to the meter reader who on verifying the previous months receipt issued by the Post office showed the discrepancy (Receipt showed Addl Security Deposit head instead of revenue head in the purpose head) and insisted us to refer to A.O. of the sub division and ask for correction.
                              My query is could this arrears be waived and only the actual amount for the Feb month alone could be paid

                                  Dear Sir/ Madam, We live in 1st main Road, Kempegowdanagar, Bengaluru - 19. For the last one month the street lights are on at 9pm and it will glow till 10am next day (in 4 poles). The situation is to be improved immediately as we are facing acute power shortage in our state. Hope the concerned officials will set the things right.

                                  The street lights on 1st main road, opposite Skyline city Apartments is missing for a few months. Just one street light is working. It is dangerous for old people, women and children and road is also in bad shape with lot of potholes and uneven road, due to BESCOm, BWSSD continuous improvement activities. There are lot dogs which are barking throughout the night. Even dogs attack people at night.
                                  At least good lighting of the road can reduce accidents and also attack by bad elements especially at night.
                                  Many people use footpath to small gatherings and drinking alcohal.
                                  Even trees are hindering the lighting from street lighting what ever is working.
                                  Request your kind attention to solve the problems as soon as possible.

                                    BESCOM helpline number 1912 is always busy(Resource allocation is very poor)

                                    So many time I have observed that the BESCOM helpline number is busy for a stretch of whole hour.. Even though you call them continuously, its always busy(not everyday). They should increase the resources. With this less number of resources managing whole Bangalore is very difficult. Somehow contacted EE Ashok(Under Shivaji Nagar), He resolved it in no time.. Thanks a lot to Mr.Ashok EE for his swift action....

                                    My number is [protected]. I live in Sadashivanagar, Bangalore The service provided by BESCOM is quite poor. The power failure is quite frequent and the customer care line always shows busy when called. The mobile number is also switched off during power failure. The power keeps going and coming back. Very dissatisfied with their service. It declared 3 hr power failure daily but it been more than that.

                                    Account I'd is not printed on bill

                                    I am unable to pay my EB bill online. Because bescom online registration is asking for a 10digit account I'd. But in my bill I can see only 7digit as consumer I'd . so I am unable to do online payment. My sub division is jigani. I searched through internet. But I couldn't find any information about how to find account I'd.
